Sorry for the absence. 3lbs down over the last week or so. Work has been crazy in the last couple of weeks - this additional loss may yet be down to stress!! Still to start exercising regularly so this is all diet induced weight loss. I'm intending hitting the Wii Fit tonight though.
Cheers,

Has anyone seen 'will my crash diet kill me?'. Is it just me or does it seem very supportive of crash dieting? I wouldn't propose it as a long term thing, but the 5 day detox clenses seem t be a pretty good idea to kick starting thinking more healthily about what you eat.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
