I feel like Eeyore today, proper sorry for myself!
"I've let the side down, I've let you down but most of all I've let me down.."
18st 0lbs. My all time heaviest.
I've been quite down recently and turned to food. My clothes dont fit me(im wearing the same two dresses, these were my maternity dresses!) my tummy feels like its going to split and my legs are rubbing together(eww I know!) I've even noticed im waddling when I walk.
So I think I needed to see that on the scales for me to do something. Im going out with the boy and baby to a CarBoot(the boy asked if we could go!) and then we'll head to the beach to find some treasure. The boy got a metal detector for crimbo so we're going to try it out! After that the OH is doing nights again so I'll get on the treadmill and catch up with Eastenders!
I hate feeling like this. Time for change. The marathon is in 11 weeks and I can run 2 miles, pretty pathetic ay?!2025 Mortgage start £378K 2025 Overpayment £103 Savings Challenge 2025 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -
Morning all. I've started a new project. The blog for it is here, just thought it might be of interest to some of you given its diet related. I'll be starting a week tomorrow (as this week is my birthday and my dads, we have 3 MS meals which saves us money but we can't be picky, and have a meal out for dads birthday, and a home cooked 3 course meal in the offing for mine, doesn't really fit with the aim of the project!)
Don't be too hard on yourself Nat, you can't be on top of everything all the time. Just try to work a little exercise into your day everyday, then even if you slip up with the food you're doing something good for yourself too. End of the day a healthy heart is the most important, and cardio is the way to do this, not the number on the scales.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hi Nat
We can do this,
I want to start exercising and picked Feb to start as I decided Jan should be about not snacking and eating 3 healthy meals a day
So instead I will start tonight and do 30 minuted of walking (I cant run 2 miles so you should be proud of that) but I'm not going to watch EastEndersMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Hi Nat
I know how you feel. My heaviest weight was 12st 1lb (apart from being pregnant with twins in 1995)
In 2005 had a stroke, paraysled down right side, speech and concentration problems. Learned to walked again but still in pain.
Decided that this year I am going to be positive, face my fears and going to do something about my weight.
My self esteem has hit rock bottom and anything to help me feel good about myself is worth it.
I keep joking with my partner that I will marry him when I reach 9 stone!
Being able to run 2 miles is an achievement and something you can build up slowly.
GOOD LUCK0 -

No change at all this week, expected a gain to be honest. Looking forward to starting the diet project next week.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

((((hugs)))) Nat. I know what you mean... been there... got the t-shirt. I hit 21st 8lbs. Don't beat yourself up (easier said than done though!) Just concentrate on getting through 1 day at a time. No one is perfect so don't expect yourself to be - its impossible... for everyone! You are not letting anyone down. Running 2 miles is an achievement... I tried to run on Sunday... I couldn't even manage 5 mins!
Remember.. today is a new day!
