    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Morning all,

name / weight / total lost / intended loss / pounds lost in 2011 / weigh in report / BMI / left to lose
    wynnvegas / 12st3Ibs / -46lbs / 49Ibs / 6 / Daily / 23.40 / 3lbs

We're off to the races now! After a really disappointing day on Wednesday, I'm more than delighted to report (without starving, I might add), a loss in two days of 4lbs - all down to kicking off a halfway decent exercise regime. I've spent an hour in the gym on Wednesday and Thursday nights. I'm afraid I have a business lunch today and our final mortgage free celebration lunch tomorrow (both at the Champanay) which won't do this process much good but I'm aiming now to break the 23 BMI barrier by the end of February so a wee bit of a reward won't upset the apple cart too much.

I haven't managed to go swimming yet due to all the stuff at work but my intention is to kick off the swimming at lunchtime (including a walk to and from the gym) every day from Monday. I'll then get to the gym Monday - Thursday after work with a wee top up before our badminton of a Saturday morning. If and when the 5-a-side fotball kicks off again, that will be a Thursday night exercise which will replace the gym but everything is on the up at the moment!

    Cheers,

    Billy

  • Numero uno reporting in, and not feeling a happy bunny again, but i think it is about what i deserve.

    Cha97michelle/start weight = 13st2/Goal weight = 10st/Weight to lose = 44Ibs/Weight lost this week = 0Ib/Weight lost in total = 0Ib/Weigh in Day = Monday

I need some discipline so i am restarting weightwatchers today using my old books. I usually do well when i am able to concentrate on myself for a little bit of the day. I am also using a new pedometer so i will be trying my best although i am trapped in the house with what looks like bubonic plague. (DS1 has chicken pox.)
