12. AJmoney/ start weight 10st 11lbs/ 0lbs lost in total/ 7lb to loose/ 0lbs lost in 2011 / 0lbs lost this week
I know I haven't lost anything from my new year post but I have actually been at least 10 st 12 for a couple of weeks and have been working hard to get rid of that 1lb. Now I am there I am hoping that a couple more might disappear hence posting this to give me a boost as it now says I haven't put anything on which is always a bonus.

I hope I am not too late to join this...
I have been trying to lose weight since 10th January - I am tall at 5ft 10inches (hence the giraffe avatar!:p) and started at 12 1/2 stone. I have managed to shave that down to 11st 9lb as at 14th Feb. I weigh myself weekly on a Monday. When I got married in 2008, I started at 12 1/2 stone and got down to 10 stone in about 6 months...this time I would be happy to reach 11 stone again. I know I can do it...I have beforebut nice to have a bit of encouragement...my biggest downfall is bread..so I just cut it our completely and go cold turkey so to speak!
Good luck everybody :T
I will do another update on Monday with all the fancy colours like everyone else"A smile takes but a moment...

mummalove - just jump in, we don't have rules as such, just post updates big and red so Dansmum notices you.
Not an official update, but i weighed myself today and was 12st12, a 4Ib loss from Monday.
I am debating with myself whether to change my official weigh in day. I would be kind of cheating, but i always seem to undo most of my good work at the weekend. I might see how i go this week before making up my mind.
I'm shocked i have lost anything as i have spent most of my time with DS2 sat on me as he feels so grotty. Maybe it is worry? Actually, i have been eating a proper meal at lunchtime as well as at dinner time, so i think that might actually mean less overall calories as i then do not snack. My snack choices are not the best.0 -
Will do a proper update tomorrow
Yes big and bold please as DansMum is getting on a bit

Numero Uno reporting in. No idea what is going on with my weight as it is going up and down like a yoyo. Last Thursday it was 12st12. Sunday morning it was 13st3. This morning it is 13st. I think it is when i have any sugar i then retain water, so the more sugar then the more water. I switched to drinking hot water yesterday and i was trying to be good.
