I've joined a government scheme(change 4 life) weight loss management group, going well so far. My start weight was 18st 06lbs and this week it was 18st 04lbs. Considering we hadnt been given a diet plan I was quite pleased. This week I have a plan and am sticking to it!
So...

Bit shocked as I have lost 1lb this week. I have been good, but sometimes you just feel there has been no loss or even a gain...so was very pleased with my weigh-in this morning.

I am still yo-yoing about, but consistently just under 13st at the minute, which is better than i was doing by a couple of pounds. I can't wait for nice weather and getting out and about more now.
