Just thought I'd update as not been online lately.
Weight has not changed since I last reported, this is good and bad. Bad in the fact I have not lost weight but good I have not put any on despite nursing a bad back, having the cold which has meant no gym for over a week.
Its good to see others are making progress, I feel like I am letting the side down
Hoping to get shot of this cold soon and get back into the training and making inroads into this weight loss. "Its a marathon and not a sprint"........and I'm still in the starting blocks
Cheers,

No weigh in last week as I was sat on a plane
And after really not wanting to get on the scales this week (due to the amount I eat last week) I was fine I have lost a 1lb probably from the week before

No change for me this week....... and off to Dublin for 3 days so hardly likely to lose a bundle next week eitherA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

There was no change for me at my last weigh in which was Friday 18th Feb. Last week I was renovating the garden and ate poorly. Was too exhausted to get to the gym over the weekend so didn't get on the scales. This week the diet is back on so hopefully things will be going in the right direction when I weigh in on FridayI want to be debt free before i'm old!!0
