My weight hasn't changed again :j glad I don't have to weigh myself tomorrow, it is my birthday today and we are going out for a really nice meal so the scales wouldn't be nice to me. Wonder where my weight will be at my next birthday!

  • Happy birthday to you AJmoney. Birthdays are one day when you should be able to eat what you want. Tomorrow is a new day to start again.
  • Just thought I'd update as not been online lately.

Weight has not changed since I last reported, this is good and bad. Bad in the fact I have not lost weight but good I have not put any on despite nursing a bad back, having the cold which has meant no gym for over a week.

Its good to see others are making progress, I feel like I am letting the side down :(

Hoping to get shot of this cold soon and get back into the training and making inroads into this weight loss. "Its a marathon and not a sprint"........and I'm still in the starting blocks :o

    Cheers,
    Jock.

No weigh in last week as I was sat on a plane

And after really not wanting to get on the scales this week (due to the amount I eat last week) I was fine I have lost a 1lb probably from the week before

    Radish/60lbs to lose/12lbs total/-1lb (over 2 weeks)

Really want to get to 1 stone now

No change for me this week....... and off to Dublin for 3 days so hardly likely to lose a bundle next week either :(

There was no change for me at my last weigh in which was Friday 18th Feb. Last week I was renovating the garden and ate poorly. Was too exhausted to get to the gym over the weekend so didn't get on the scales. This week the diet is back on so hopefully things will be going in the right direction when I weigh in on Friday
I want to be debt free before i'm old!!

:j I have reached a stone (and a little bit) 25% target reached

Radish/60lbs to lose/15lbs total lost/3lb lost this week

So sure why I have lost 3lbs in a week, expecting not to lose next week but I was very good. Ignored all the cream cakes at work
