10 st 13 this morning, I have avoided weighing the last few weeks because I know I haven't been doing enough of anything to lose weight. I really don't mind that too much at the moment but I really would like to tone up my middle so I am going to focus on that instead and hope that I lose a bit of weight along the way.

Does your wedding dress fit ajmoney? That was a big motivation for me last year, but it was followed by the dreaded newly wed bounce, where I gained almost exactly the stone everyone says you put on in the first year of marriage. Half of it is gone again now though! I am aiming to be the same size or smaller on my first wedding anniversary.

It is made to measure so yes so I know I have to make sure I don't lose too many inches. However I have a couple of love handles that I would like to tame ready for the honeymoon. It is annoying as I am still slim so people are always saying that I don't need to lose weight etc but I am 2 stone heavier than I was 10 years ago. My weight doesn't yo-yo it just goes up in chunks, stays there for a bit and so on. I am trying to stay motivated exercise wise as I know that is what will help. I may start using food focus again though.

    Now at 152.53lbs lost :j

I havent weighed since January ... I darent ... I have been scoffing like a goodun for about 6 weeks.

It was my birthday yesterday and scoffed a jacket spud with cheese/beans, a giant choc chip cookie, when we got home from our day out we went to Macdees and I had a large veggie wrap meal, with a milkshake...

So I start again from today in earnest. I want to lose 7lb initailly. Grr me  Well done everyone else :j

weighed myself this morning and I am still 10 st 13...however I have been keeping track of it through the week to see if there is any pattern to my "heavier" days and I got down to 10 st 10 at one point last week. I had a take away last night and was feeling quite heavy from it so my weigh in probably suffered from that. I have been keeping track of my activity levels and food on food focus over the last few days, in general I need to be more active on my non-exercise days...or I need to eat less!

No change for me, but I blame that on being away on business

Back to being good this week :)

I am going to post my weight on here daily for the next week so I can keep track of what is going on.

    Tues 29th 10st 13
    Wed 30th 10st 12 :D

I am also going to try and keep a diary which can work alongside my food focus log. I suffer terribly from bloating and I know it is certain things that I eat so hopefully that will help. The last thing I want is to eat them around my wedding!

When you eat carbs you're body needs water to process them, so you weigh more as you're body holds onto the water until your body has processed all the carbs, wondering if thats why you feel bloated

But dont give up eating carbs as they are very good for you, do you eat white bread/pasta as maybe you could try wholemeal versions, easier to digest
