Just book a hotel for next week with work. It's got such bad service and food but there is a gym and pool. May make me eat less too.

Dinah are you eating enough??? Also could be that time I always put on at least 7lb then.... Thats why I now only weigh 3 times a month

Lol day before payday, it was a kitchen cupboard jobbie!

Today I had a roast chicken, cranberry and rocket bagel for breakfast, some leftover chicken and mushroom risotto from last night for lunch (at least thats what I assume it is, had the mother of all migranes last night so have only vague recollections of making it before it hit. I do remember the chicken soup I was going to use as a base to make it creamy wasn't defrosted, so I used a bit of wine and parmesan instead) with 2 apples and a diet coke, tea will be a complete suprise as my mum is feeding us as she has asked us to pop over there after work before I go to pilates, as she wants to ask DH to do the reading at my gran's funeral. Which is lovely that she wants him to do it considering he only knew her a few years, but she loved him, she absolutely lit up around him - he actually gave me a great last memory of her, on Christmas day at the dinner table he was helping her spoon the parsnips and one pinged across the table and something he said to her just made her giggle so much, it was the first time any of us had seen her laugh in years.

Not TOTM sadly, that was last week when I dropped 3lbs! Weighed in this morning though and I'm now coming in as 0.2lbs less than last weeks weigh in, so clearly my body is haywire. Either that or the migrane cost me a lot of fluids.

Just to let you know I haven't disappeared. I weighed myself every morning last week as it fluctuates and I wanted to see if there was a pattern to it, no such luck! I am hovering around my start weight so am not bothering to post until it moves downwards. I have upped my physical activity so hopefully it shouldn't be too long now. I am intriducing swimming back in next week and that is usually a good way for me to lose weight.

On the plus side my work trousers are feeling loose so I guess that is all that should matter!

Hello! I think I forgot to update last week (a 0.2lb loss! :o) but this week was a bit better with a 2.4 lb loss! :D

    Taka: 21st 8lbs/6st 1lbs (85lbs) /10st 1lbs/2.4lbs/Sunday

That means I've now passed the 60 % of the weight need to loose gone mark! (Or 28% of my origional total weight has gone!) I've lost just over 6 stones! :j

In even better news I officially like Monsoon! Their sizing is very generous! :p Apparently I'm now a size 18 blouse there (only in Monsoon though - I'm a 20/22 top everywhere else!) I tried a couple of 18s on thinking they may fit in a month or 2 but no they fitted now... so I went shopping... again! I burst into tears in the changing rooms when they fitted! :o

ajmoney - maybe you should start keeping track of your measurements too? I measure myself every couple of weeks. Its good to see the measurements shrinking even though the scales may not be budging...

Well done Taka. Before this thread started up I used to weight and measure myself on the 1st of every month, I may go back to doing that for the measuring. In reality I am not huge but weigh more than I would like and need to tone up from under my bust down to my hips, I guess the same as most women. I just know that my weight never changes but in the last few years from changes in my pill for various reasons I keep putting the odd half a stone on in what seems like a matter of weeks. Hopefully though this will be rectified soon.
