Ah if only all 55lbs had gone from me, I could start eating potatoes or pasta again!

First pilates class last night since I did my knee in, it was ridiculously easy, it was supposed to be beginners and improvers but I've never done such a simple class. Admittedly I've done about 200 classes over 6 years so I've probably got a bit more experience than she expected when I said I'd done it on and off for years. The lady was lovely, and it was very relaxing, but I think after my first 6 week block is up I need to go to the improvers class.
