Wine and Brewery Tour for 2 on Virgin's site - £9.00
Wine and Brewery Tour for 2 on Very - £49.00

This one is now no longer available on Very...presume thats because they want to put the price down not up??? There's a couple of experiences that seem to be overpriced on Very, and they are happy to take the money for those ones but not the ones they undercharged on. Hmmm.

Keep a watch on that one then, bet we know how it'll turn out. :rotfl:

    Happy moneysaving all.

I wouldnt say these prices are WILDLY cheaper than I have seen them before, I nearly bought the balooning last year I think and it was £75.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

It should be hamy, well done, glad you got yours after all since you're the OP

(but take the screenshot and don't stand for any nonsense if they play up) - and probably best if they play up NOT to mention you were the first one to book, they'll know who to blame it on then :D

The spa day was £36 as oppposed to £449.
There is no way they can provide hotel, food and treatments for two people for £36. It was always clearly a mis-price.
Perhaps not so much with some of the others.

I was a hot air balloonist and there is no way anyone can offer that at £36 either not on a commercial licence with all the insurance and certifications required.
£75 is a bragain and I suspect that was a weekday morning or special offer.

I actually phoned up to order as had problems online, the phone operator confirmed there was no error and confirmed price, i am the same as others i have confirmation email and when i log in it states processed, i will be very disappointed if this is now cancelled, also do t&cs just states internet price errors as many of us ordered over telephone?

This is exactly what happened to me also.
  • Given the sad weekend events in somerset, one could be forgiven for thinking the balloon trip was a proper price due to sudden lack of demand and/or cancellations.
