Hi,
As I stated earlier all of our terms and conditions are available to view online & I cannot answer all individual responses. To all those who have received an "order accepted" email I must refer you to these terms:
2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.
Again, each customer will be notified regarding their individual order as soon as we can.

I am the official company representative of Very.co.uk. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. asos honoured the glitch, and i can assure you that they would of had record sales since then from everyone trusting in that business. ". In 2006 a discount voucher intended for Threshers' suppliers became available to all and sundry on the internet. Threshers could have refused to accept the vouchers, but this would have upset shoppers and could have damaged the company's reputation. Instead Threshers turned what could have been a problem into a marketing triumph by choosing to honour the vouchers" another example of a company honouring and owning up to their mistake. very make FAR too many pricing errors for it to just be "mistakes" and you constantly refuse to honour.. it will damage your business far more than it would be to just own up and honour as the amount of customers you will lose is huge. if you've stated anywhere on the site that you have ACCEPTED the order then by law you have agreed into the contract.Who would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?

your company has to also conform to internet selling regulations, such a bad company you are, never shopping with you again, why dont you instantly just give us all our money back now, none of us want it at the real price, surely you realise this? thanks. My mum however has had a dispatch, so why is it allowed for you to treat one customer differently? Not quite sure why youve come here to try and redeem yourself or explain, youve probably just lost alot of customers, my orders too say accepted everywhere so therefore you have implied this, and you should full well honour everybodys orders.only plucked up the courage to make an account november 2010. looking to spend many more years(the rest of my life) on here moneysaving!

Although the use of voucher codes isn't the issue in this case, the following makes interesting reading. Note: Very and Littlewoods are part of the same parent company.
