they have a problem as in each persons account it should say that the order has been accepted by the supplier.
  • I bet they pay Fern and Holly far more to advertise their stuff than they would have lost on this glitch.
Fern and Holly VS happy customers in the words of Harry Hill only one way to find out FIGHT LOL

  • I'm concerned because I brought mine through Woolworths and paid by PayPal.

So Woolworths have £138 pounds of my money sitting in thier account gaining interest when they have no commitment to sending me the items! :(

I actually phoned up to order as had problems online, the phone operator confirmed there was no error and confirmed price, i am the same as others i have confirmation email and when i log in it states processed, i will be very disappointed if this is now cancelled, also do t&cs just states internet price errors as many of us ordered over telephone?

If you spoke to a real person, I think they must honour the sale. I'm nto totally sure but think your sale will be viewed differently to something on a website, specially as you questioned it and was told it was the correct price and then offered payment. They should have a record of your call too.

come on very.co.uk...either honour the orders or cancel them and give our money back!! don't drag this problem out any longer by contacting us individually....

this so called 'mis-price' has attracted so much attention. it's clear to see that many people are not going to stand down. i realise that 'you win some, you lose some' and that we should 'move on'.

as i posted earlier...stop messing YOUR OWN customers around. nobody is going to want these experience vouchers for full price...so please either honour the sale OR refund OUR money. by all means, please keep the money if you intend to send out the items.

as people have already suggested, you have used a clever 'bait and switch' marketing tool which is illegal.

i really find it difficult to comprehend how so many prices were allowed to go live an all your websites when they were incorrect.

if you are reading very.co.uk rep....please tell this to 'the boss' of the company....if you honoured all of the orders....how much would it cost you? £500 000? £700 000? more? i obviously don't know the exact figure...but the potential would then be there to make millions of pounds from new and existing customers as you would have restored trust back into the consumer.

Wine and Brewery Tour for 2 on Virgin's site - £9.00
Wine and Brewery Tour for 2 on Very - £49.00

This one is now no longer available on Very...presume thats because they want to put the price down not up??? There's a couple of experiences that seem to be overpriced on Very, and they are happy to take the money for those ones but not the ones they undercharged on. Hmmm.
Please God, help me stop spending!
