Wow elfen!! That £3k is enough to put anyone onto quitting a bit smart! It's amazing what we've all set fire to over the years - but not any more!!!! :j I hope that last taste will be - the last taste as it'll only get worse and worse from here on. Well done though, elfen, you've still done remarkably well!!! :T

Another day notched up, Sally, well done for you, so much to be proud of. :D {Edit} A lot to be proud of when you help others too young Sally. Excellent work! ;) :T:T

You are doing so well, xmercx and have come a good way. You've got good plans in order though..you'll be ok, it's not worth worrying about - honest! :) Keep thoughts of your Wedding in mind.

Brilliant stats JD!!! I love what you've got planned with the money, the kids'll love it - all 3 of you!!!! :D

Well done clementine, but can I draw your attention to the water, fruit and exercise and ........read the PM???! You're right though it'll soon get easier, just help yourself as much as you can! 2 great days behind you already though - a wonderful achievement!!! :T

Well done all, keep right on with quitting and sticking firm to it, it's never worth not doing so.

    Morning all! Stats for me:

    £196.33 saved
    788 not smoked
2days 17 hours and 40 mins of life saved

Wow - I not looked at my stats for a few days - and Jeeze I was shocked at the amount of cigs I have not smoked - that it sickening. The money doesnt really bother me as I always found money for fags - but the amount - bloody heck! Poor hubby - as a non smoker, its no wonder he often asked me when I was planning on giving up!!?!
I am finding it easier finally - and Im not dreaming about smoking which is helpful as you can imagine.

Hope everyone is doing well and keep up the good work! :)

Hiya Caz!!!!! :hello: SOOOO good to see you back with us! :D I've been wondering about you so much over the last week, so I'm thrilled to bits to see you back. So sorry to hear about the abscess though, I can honestly sympathise having had one several years ago and so bally painful!! :( It shouldn't be too bad with having it out, I had 2 taken out - one each side at the same time - a couple of years ago, but it wasn't as bad as I'd thought. I loathe the hairdressers (a childhood thing) and would sooner go to the Dentist any day!! Does that make me weird - or you?!! So many congratulations on having got a got to a MONTH away from fags, Caz and on earning yourself the title of a non-smoker!!!! :T:T:T I nearly PMd you a week ago, but was frightened it might appear pushy (as if!), but so pleased to see you again Caz!:j

Well done, Ads!! :T I hope the walk did you good yesterday, one thing's for sure, I'll bet you got some clean, fresh air into your lungs - great thought eh!!!

BTW, where's young Mat??! Quitting quietly on his own - I'm sure.

Such wonderful news, xmercx!!! :T I know how anxious you were, but it just goes to show how quickly you adapt to a better, healthier and cleaner way of living! Well done you and your OH of course! :T The days really do fly by too, keep on taking them a day at a time and you'll be so delighted, not that you aren't already!! :D
