2days 17 hours and 40 mins of life saved
Wow - I not looked at my stats for a few days - and Jeeze I was shocked at the amount of cigs I have not smoked - that it sickening. The money doesnt really bother me as I always found money for fags - but the amount - bloody heck! Poor hubby - as a non smoker, its no wonder he often asked me when I was planning on giving up!!?!
I am finding it easier finally - and Im not dreaming about smoking which is helpful as you can imagine.
Hope everyone is doing well and keep up the good work!

Hiya Caz!!!!! :hello: SOOOO good to see you back with us!
I've been wondering about you so much over the last week, so I'm thrilled to bits to see you back. So sorry to hear about the abscess though, I can honestly sympathise having had one several years ago and so bally painful!!
It shouldn't be too bad with having it out, I had 2 taken out - one each side at the same time - a couple of years ago, but it wasn't as bad as I'd thought. I loathe the hairdressers (a childhood thing) and would sooner go to the Dentist any day!! Does that make me weird - or you?!! So many congratulations on having got a got to a MONTH away from fags, Caz and on earning yourself the title of a non-smoker!!!! :T:T:T I nearly PMd you a week ago, but was frightened it might appear pushy (as if!), but so pleased to see you again Caz!:j
Well done, Ads!! :T I hope the walk did you good yesterday, one thing's for sure, I'll bet you got some clean, fresh air into your lungs - great thought eh!!!
BTW, where's young Mat??! Quitting quietly on his own - I'm sure.
Such wonderful news, xmercx!!! :T I know how anxious you were, but it just goes to show how quickly you adapt to a better, healthier and cleaner way of living! Well done you and your OH of course! :T The days really do fly by too, keep on taking them a day at a time and you'll be so delighted, not that you aren't already!!elfen wrote:Day 5, not had any at all. Brilliant elfen!!!! :T:TThat really is fantastic news!!! You're doing wonderfully well and deserve to be as proud as you sound!! Stay as strong as you are and keep taking it a day at a time! :j
Another superb day for everyone?? I'm hoping so!
