  • I'm really sorry, but I'm too exhausted to write a long, personal post. (Loving the fact that you quote the whyquit.com, Tricia............was an enormous help to me!)

My thoughts are with you all though.

I just HAD to post, as it's 6 months (as in 26 weeks) today since I inhaled nicotine

Hi maccababe, if you stick to the PM then you shouldn't need custard creams or anything similar, your Mum's right it could soon whack on the Lbs for you so stick to the fruit and water and exercise more!

Sorry, but I'm unable to give help re the bobos, all I will say is beware as they could easily take you right back to smoking - too close to the real thing! You can do it without that sort of aid though and we'll all help you. :)

Many congratulations on having gone for 6 WHOLE MONTHS FREE FROM FAGS, DD!!!! :T:T:T:T:T 6 more months and you'll have gone through all the seasons and normal events and will be able to consider your at your journey's ended and having reached your destination!!! 6 months is a terrific accomplishment and I know just how delighted and proud you are - WELL DONE!! :D

Thanks a lot for the support, Red! :)

Well done on going for the walk, Ads, just the sort of thing to do!

I see you're there splishsplash, how are you doing? Knowing you, pretty well, I'll bet.

Enjoy the rest of a beautiful day everyone. DH & I have been for a gorgeous, though chilly, walk and it was wonderful.

Had a little bit of a cigarette today, it tasted disgusting! I don't know why I've been smoking so long, but we did work out since I start it would have cost me 30k.....which is two and a half years wages! There is NO WAY I am wasting that again, I'm even more determined now.
