Hi everyone,
Hows it going today? - I have to say I have been mardy for the majority of the day - snapping at the OH alot! Have thought about ciggys a couple of times today but havent thought I want to go buy some although I am clearly effected by giving up as I am so moody!!!
I cant cope with being this cross all the time!:rotfl:
Managed another run today and I am not as cross now so maybe if I had gone first thing I would have been better company today?
Well done Kiwi on making the decision you are doing really well..
And thanks to all you guys for just being there to listen to my giving up experience - it really has helped me soooo much :j
Well done everyone0 -
Having a much better day today (and I did resist last night).
Hope everyone else is getting on ok xThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -

I have a very irritating cough
I am feeling nauseous and therefore lack of appetite
I have a drippy nose
I feel restless but at the same time tired and at the same time I cant sleep at night
I hope it gets better0 -

It will get better, its only all the gunk and toxins leaving your system.
The sleep thing might take a little time though - just be kind to yourself and you can get through itThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

sailorswife the cough & drippy nose might be a cold? I totally had the restlessness/tiredness but not sleeping at night - I really do sympathise as it was rough going for a few days there but now I have started sleeping again properly which is huge relief - so it does get better. can you get any exercise? going for a walk, or even better a run/jog, does help as it wears you out

Hello all. Sorry I've been absent but had Internet probs. I don't know whether it's because I wasn't able to check in but I have reeeeally struggled this week. Don't know why as patches help for sure. Have just started to lose a bit of motivation. This is something I have done a lot in the past. I'm glad to see others doing so well but would definitely appreciate any words of wisdom!!! XTRYING VERY HARD TO START SAVING!

Hattie, you can do it, you are doing really well.
Just remember they stink, they make you stink, they taste vile, burn your mouth, give you a sore throat, can kill you and cost an extortionate amount
Go and find something nice in the sales to blow £6 on if you really want to give the money away. This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0
