you can do it , we are right with you and KNOW exaactly what you are going through

remember all those tips from sue-uu pm , the sips of water , go and brush teeth, go for a walk , keep self busy ....clean house if you have do ( drastic that one i know :))

whatever it takes to take mind away when that cravin comes knocking on your door , soon the knockin will become taps and be soo faint you wont even here them :D

Er no as it's all on the forums. What I've learnt about e-cigs I've learnt from others and trial and error...

I can even translate now for folks from e-cig lingo to normal lingo

Simply the mouthpiece is a carto or a combo of an atty (atomiser) and cartridge (personally I prefer the disposable all in ones, the cartos)

The bung at the end of the mouthpiece where you lips go is the mouthpiece cap (or in e-cig lingo either a bung or a drip tip)...

I'm learning cos I phone helplines so often I often have to translate...

Best thing today was a girl at the crisis line almost falling off her chair and squealing 'blooming 'eck'' when I told her I was off the cigs (she's normally mega professional)....

    LOL

    Made my day...

pS. I've not weighed for a whole day now :D...so pleased..thanks for everyone's prayers re my love/hate relationship with the scales

Morning all. Not a fab night's sleep last night due to the itching from the meds (and the rash)....

Anyhow just to say met up with P from UKV last night in a pub...great banter and chat about vaping....Learnt so much..

Like he has a lil mama tank and and arry tank (the latter from e-cig wizard the former from BDV) and couldn't get the arry tank on without th epoxy coming undone but the lil mama tank was lovely......3ml of juice it holds...that's like 2/3 of the day of juice. No more topping up every 2 secs....:D

And apparently cos your mouthpiece is constantly wet with juice in the wadding (yes you do have to put a hole at the base of the mouthpiece with a nail so it can suck up from the tank. The mouthpiece goes inside the tank and then like the end cap goes on top) the mouthpiece lasts longer (bearing in mind mine are just lasting a day  sometimes less depending).

Just need the links on how to put a new mouthpiece in with a partially filled tank LOL...don't want to be wasting juice..

But he was only vaping 24mg/ml on his machine with the tank and it blew my head off...wow!!!...I'm doing something wrong (I don't know what)...would rather vape lower mg/ml if possible (I normally vape 36mg/ml)....though his kit was pretty pricey and he said the one I vaped on he had to solder. Don't fancy that any time soon...

But looked pretty neat us two sitting in the pub with a huge cloud of vape LOL...so much so we couldn't see each other at one point..

So yeah...major push on overdraft if not before holidays after holidays...Budget going down to £40 a week plus £10 whoopsie...should cover me nicely..

Well done mazza111 you can do it!!!

I’m now on day 36, and I’ve saved a few pennies over £190!!!

It’s been a bit of a funny weekend for me cravings wise. I went out with friends on Saturday, and as well as wearing my patch, I spent a lot of time sucking micro-lozenges to stave off the ‘need’. However yesterday I forgot to put a patch on, and didn’t feel any cravings.

I’ve been on my current strength of patches for just short of a week, and have jut over 5 weeks still to go. I’m still feeling confident that this time I’ll be ‘in it for the long-run’, and I’ve still got my eye on my new laptop :j

Of course saving all this cash is giving me the opportunity to stash these savings against my Capital One credit card, which I still owe a little over £1000 on. I know that at some point I will spend on this card to get this computer, but only when I have saved that ‘cigarette cash’, and in the meantime the cash is working for me in reducing my interest charges…this isn’t a double win, it’s a triple win:

I’ll get my laptop, I’m saving cash, and I’m saving interest costs.

Yes you read right.....the vv that was giving me all the trouble with the epoxy last week is now dead. Not a puff of vape....Not even with the connector in anyway I can...

So I'm hoping I can send it back..

It's only lasted a month ...not a happy bunny ...

That's what happens to plastic e-cigs...

    And I'm very tired..:(

So now panic over mouthpieces for the wee one (The one you all saw the pics of with the lanyard) whilst I wait for the same power but bigger battery one to come. Fortunately you can get mouthpieces in the UK but they're more expensive than from china (no I'm not buying 50 from the UK LOL. Not @ £7 for 5 plus P+P)

So tired and it's been raining all day

19 days not smoking using Champix and I am feeling great I have been a little lethargic, but today I have had a sudden burst of energy so I washed the bedding and washed the nets and cleaned all the windows and paint work around the windows not bad for a 64 year old man! So that's a start to me having a nicotine free home, still lots to do.
I washed 14 shirts last week and 5 trousers and then sent them for ironing they were picked up and delivered back to me for £13.75 which is less than 3 packs of cigarettes so while out I no longer stink of nicotine. Good luck everyone
Low Carb High Fat is the way forward I lost 80 lbs

Since first using Martins I have saved thousands
