  • Sue - wishing you all the best for today. Hope you make a speedy recovery. We will be thinking of you. xxx

After reducing my champix dose to 1mg a day I am sleeping so much better. I feel more like myself again. Still tired but goes with the territory of having a 4 year old and working full time!

1 month 1 day patches oral combo

Good Luck Sue! Hope it all goes well for you.

Loving my new pills. One dose and I woke up this morning with very little pain. Feel like I could walk for miles today :j:j:j

BH bought a pack of cigs yesterday  I had the feeling the timing just wasn't right for him. Tried to explain to him you can't stop smoking just because your partner has. But he says he's going to try again today. Hope he manages it, but would rather when he gets the urge to try some NRT rather than a smoke. NM I'm sure he'll do it this time.

Congratulations to everyone else who's got another day of time below their belt :)

Yesterday was my last day on the 25mg patches, and I have 6 weeks supply of the stage 2 15mg which I've started today.

This is day 32 for me, and according to Quitnet.com I've saved a total of £170. I'm still feeling good, and last night I got a reasonable night's sleep - so today is (hopefully) going to be a good day.

Good luck everyone, it's al worthwhile!!! :)

    Hi Sue,

For the last three weeks or so I have been doing laps of the village that would make Forest Gump proud. Clocked 50-60 km so far, have the sniffles at teh moment but can't wait to hit the road again soon. On a structured development plan that helps me build strength/endurance/ditance and speed into the leggies in a controlled and progressive fashion. Maybe nexst year I will enter some races???
Was in debt £23k- Not now (12/07-12/10):T
Did smoke- Not any more (26-02-11):j
