glad i could help Aless. Butlins always look better to me too

Mel the marlita beach is gonna have an aquapark for this summer. from what i can see its been majorly refurbished as well. so expect the prices next year to be hgher. they usually go up when there is a waterpark attatched

Oh right!! So maybe they have also gotten rid of the two bed apts too?? if it has had a refurb, strange though as surely waterparks would attract families. If it is completely changed and is much dearer I might look at a different hotel, in the same area though. It won't seem the same anyway will it!

Feeding baby so sorry if that makes no sense....

My brother just turned up to take the older boys out to play with their boat (that he got them) they've only been waiting a month!!

  • Lillian hope you had a good time at your group, the two at the children centre are lovely but went to baby sensory as a taster whilst the play was good found it a bit cliquey as everyone seemed to know everyone else and didn't really chat as we do at the children's centre - bit too serious plus is £7 a session so not very mse! Did anyone else find that with groups?

Can I ask re routines, does anyone do one that works or do you just go with the flow as I am struggling to do anytime of routine apart from bed and wake up time. I find it very difficult to know when to put him for naps or where, I try at home but doesn't settle to end up going out - not very mse! Also the two groups I enjoy are at lunchtime but should I be trying to get t to hve a lunchtime nap then?? Been thinking I should stay at home tomorrow (and for a few days) rather than go to my group to try to establish something.

I had a rough routine with Charlotte. It was a mix of going with the flow until she sort of settled herself into a routine.

She would have a nap in a morning but I used to just leave her wherever she'd fallen asleep - play mat, bouncy chair etc.

On an afternoon she had a deeper sleep nap. We'd take the dogs for a walk after lunch, and then I'd put her in the cot upstairs, and she usually woke up when the boys came in from school.
Here I go again on my own....

we never really had a routine as such. not an imposed one anyway but after a while we fell into a rough routine.

it was just getting my head round the 'omg i have a baby' that took a while
