Are they supposed to get a 1yr review? Don't think Amber has had one. Unless she got it with her jags when the HV asked how I thought she was doing.
There's an 8-12 month review the timing of which varies by health trust. But Scotland may have a different schedule.

Maddy had a review, sort of. I just said I was happy she was doing everything. They weighed her, we left. Do you think you need one?

Tara the Scottish call jabs jags :)

Just watching last night's OBEM, someone's obligingly uploaded it very quickly :D I don't believe I've ever seen a birth as graphic as that first one, the crowning shot made me  !! I had a little weep as well when the poor little baby was all blue and floppy :( but glad he's better.

The husband of the lady who was bleeding is making me extremely irritable though, I don't think he's let her finish a single sentence so far and he's even cutting off the doctors! Muppet. "I'm not being funny, but that bleeding got me worried." Really?! There is no way that could ever, ever be construed as funny.

Still feeling pretty rotten but hopefully not going to be actually sick today.

That sentence sounds fine to me - I thought that was a standard usage of funny? (But obviously not a usage where it means ha ha kind of funny.)

Is that really ok Susan? I could be prejudiced against him because he kept interrupting his wife.

I didn't take it like that SS, I think he was a classic example of a guy who felt powerless and was trying to get his point across. :( I really think we forget sometimes that it's Daddies baby too. DH had a lot to say with me and I don't normally listen but I did make an exception! :p

I would think it's acceptable. It sounds like he's telling them that that made him worried but he's not being funny with them about it i.e. he's not having a go at them about it or complaining - just saying that it had him worried.
