Hi all, Have a question...
My little boy is nearly 4 months old and my hair is starting to come out in clumps - big clumps! Is this normal - could it be my hormones? (Luckily I have fine hair but lots of it, so it's not obvious, but this has been happening for a week or so now)
j xxxIt will go back to how it was, it won't be too thin, you'll just have some layers for a bit!

I've heard about this happening, especially if your hair went thicker during your pregnancy.

It started as soon as she hit 3 months:mad: Before that she slept through the night no problems!! She's having a little nap now but even naps seem to of turned into a quick 5 mins then its eyes wide open with a cheeky grin:rotfl:
She has been quite upset about something these last 2 days so don't know if its teeth or maybe she has my cold starting?? Its the first time we've heard her proper cry:(:(:(BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
I struggle to get t to nap during the day (although has fallen asleep on me now put him down and still asleep!) I think there is too much excitement for them to sleep, like yesterday put him a swing to sleep and was grabbing all the toys, I think playing is much more exciting! But then last night he was overtired and like daisy was doing a proper cry, luckily my DH is very good at settling him. Not sure what to suggest t started sleeping through really when discovered his thumb could get him back to sleep rather than mummy, like night before stirred at 4 had a look and was sucking his thumb half asleep.Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces

Sir M, the ratbag is not a napper either - when we're out and I've seen her getting drowsy, I've even been known to walk an extra mile just to get her to sleep
There's a definate case of nosy-itis with this one. How's your little man going with his weaning?
Smartie, I know Daisy is a wonderfully clever bubba, but we found that madam would have hideous nights, with proper crying (normally she faffs in her cot until I get her) and then all of a sudden she'd learn something new (rolling, sitting etc) and it would stop. Could that be maybe a bit of what is happening with Daisy, her brain is going overboard with learning stuff? Hope it settles down for you though. Wish I could help on the bedtime thing, but madam decided last night that 11pm was hyperactive teddy lobbing time!

 Hi JMF. My hair was like that after having my other 2 kids and there was loads, it freaked me out a bit. This time round I haven't noticed losing any.
E is starting to wake more often in the night now and will often take a full 8oz feed if she wakes. Going to see how she goes over the next week or 2 and then may have to think about weaning  My baby is growing too fast.
Right, I have a messy house to clean.0 -

Squeak has one tooth and I suspect more coming, so it's not too early for Daisy to be teething.
I suspect there are more teeth in the offing here. Squeak was having a cuddle with a friend of mine at the school who has dreads, and squeak literally just grabbed one and shoved it in her mouth :rotfl:
OH gave her an oatcake to hold the other day and she looked most freaked out when she chomped a bit off and got a mouthful. Some inadvertant (and not especially healthy  BLW going on there lol). Have said though no more biscuits of any kind to be given to her :rotfl:
Tara sorry I have edited my post, I got carried away on msn last night and left my MSE window open so it probably carried on showing me as online, I wasn't ignoring you
Well we're off to the doctors in a minute for Squeaks little rash on her face bless her.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

LOL bexta I think that is a common thing, drive a bit longer/walk a bit longer as you know they will be a pain without a nap! We haven't weaned t yet as isn't 5 months yet and I would like to wait till he is 6 months and blw, but if he starts waking in the night hungry like em has said we may wean. To be honest part of my decision is like bf is I am lazy and can't be bothered making up purees/washing bowls etc but if t is getting more hungry then we will but would love to get to 6 months.Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces
