Oh no Becles  Yuck _pale_
I feel very very strange. I feel like the room is spinning!
My Dad gets up at 5 most days even when he's not at work. Apparently he walks the dog for 6 miles most mornings.
I just love my sleep, especially at the moment I just cannot stay awake *yawn*
CL I have 4 at the moment, and you do learn to let things wash over you a bit. I went straight from 1-3 which was manic as they were all under 2, so can't comment on how much harder it gets with 2.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

I think it depends entirely on the 2.. DS1 hit 'terrible 2's' at 17 months, I am still waiting for him to outgrow it at 20! and DD1 born when DS1 was 2y 9m screamed day and night for months and months, she was always ill.. if she had been first she would have been last!!! That was horrific. Yet my friend found 3 really difficult.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Hi all
Congrats Delain! I hear you on the needing/wanting sleep. Feel exhausted lately too but not for the same reasons.
Not been on for a while as OH had some days off so didn't get much surfing time whilst enjoying the sun last week.
Poor Tigger's feeling poorly, got a cough on Friday and can't seem to keep most of his milk in - keeps doing mini vomits due to the gagging reflex when he coughs. To top it off he's teething symptoms are back with a vengence this weekend, sigh - just as OH went back to work today. He woke up a few times last night wailing in pain whilst asleep, rubbish mummy and daddy can't seem to get any of the pink stuff in him as he just spits right back out... and breathe....
Sorry, rant over.0 -
Hope you are feeling a bit better Becles.
I think I'm probably a bit of a control freak and don't like to ask for help because I don't want to feel weak. I put pressure on myself to have a great career, a nice house, a perfect marriage and a happy baby. I think letting one of the balls drop makes me feel like I've failed. I have found being away from work hard, because my boss has aways said he couldn't cope without me and it makes me feel that now he has had to, I won't be as valuable to him when I return.
I know it sounds a bit loopy, but when I was 22 weeks pregnant I started to bleed and I felt like I failed at being pregnant. I thought I would sail through it and that I had to admit that I was weak, and start to rest more.
Ooops! Some of my crazy escaped there!0 -
Thought I'd share my mummy moment of the day... Picked up baby after his nap earlier, went to give him a kiss and promptly got a big dollop of sick on my face and over my (thankfully closed) mouth.:p
What would your mummy moment be today ladies?0 -

LO was in her Jumperoo and I called my DH (said his first name). My LO babbles constantly and she did a babble that sounded exactly like my DH's name, like she was copying me. I nearly dropped it was that freaky!0 -
I was nicely dozing while feeding ratbag in bed and she almost bit my nipple off.. so I took her off, told her no and she turned over and slapped the sleeping daddy in the face.. she is such a treasure!
On a plus note I have loads of the 0-12 months girls stuff and some maternity bits ready to sell.. FLING!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Charlotte getting mega excited this morning because I bought her a new nightie
Had another bad bleed this afternoon, and some huge blood clots came out but it's been fine since. Don't think I'll be risking boot camp tomorrow though. Here I go again on my own....0 -
ooh - take care Becles, that sounds painful.
Just off the phone from NHS direct. I got a bit panicky as Tigger started wheezing today a few times in-between coughing during the day hopefully it's not anything more serious than just his 1st cold. It comes and goes so one minute he's breathing fine next minute he sounds like a heavy smoker with breathing issues.:undecided
It's been worrying me so just needed a medical person to speak to to ease my mind - will take him to the docs tomorrow just to double check.0 -
Delain congrats x all you pregnant ladies are making me broody, surely one more wouldn't hurt lol
Becles hope its better soon x0
