    Giz - Are you recieving your Child Benefit weekly or monthly??? I had picked mine for monthly to help out with the bills etc - kinda wishing that I had chosen weekly now. aw well, hopefully it will all sort itself out. Are you entitled to Child tax credits aswell?? Just to make you aware that the tax credits are currently working 6 weeks behind schedule :( Glad it all went well for you in town today.

    I got mine Monthly (well 4 weekly), I didn't have a choice as I didn't fit the criteria for weekly. No, we don't get Child Tax Credits, just the working ones. Thanks for the heads up on them being behind schedule.

    If you're getting working tax credit, you'll qualify for full child tax credit and all you need to do is phone them up and give details of your baby.
