i did also send a text telling him he has an email that needs an answer now, but havent had anything back. have shut down my email so that im not tempted to email him a barage of abuse. my way is when someone hurts me to strike and hurt them right back .
That's what I do too, and it's not constructive, so bite your tongue, talk to us when you need to vent, and as 1 step says, try to think positively about what you've done over the past 3.5 years.

I've been dealing with my mess by making my own plans for the future, which I will go ahead with either way. Perhaps you could a. think about sorting out your finances in a fair and equitable way; b. write down what your alternatives are and what you will do if things don't work out how you want - where do you want to live, what do you want to do career-wise, how much money do you want to earn etc? You may not need to go down this route, but it'll mean you have contingency plans, and it may give you some ideas that you can use anyway.

In the meantime, long bath, wine and chocolate...

seafarers - calm down please, and no knee jerking. e-mails are the hardest things to interpret, and he may not have meant it the way you have read it. There is a really good relate book on deciding if you should have a baby now or not - sadly I was already pregnant when I read it!

DS1 (7) just had a half hour plus screaming tantrum over something minor for the third time today. This is good and bad, because OH has finally seen what happens and the huge impact it has (and can now see that it is NOT me moaning about nothing 'as usual') but I haven't a clue how to help DS1 get over his temper.

Our bedding washed and in the TD, decent tablecloth washed and back in the drawer for next time. DW on yet again. Freezer tidied, and a contents list made. Lots of little jobs cleared again, amazing how much easier it is to move when I am not at work.

Just having a look through ethical superstore (thanks Greenbee) and trying to deicde if soap nuts are any good, and will stop DS1 from reacting to his clothes.

    Hugs Seafarers,

Don't forget to sit and tell your cat, you know they like to hear all about it.;)

You say that his Mum had agreed to help mind the baby, she must also have some idea as to what he's thinking, but it's too soon to ask her what his head playing at IYKWIM.

I use soapnuts and find them really kind. You probably know I have severe psoriasis, and they do not cause a reaction. DS1 also reacts with a rash to certain washing powders and he's ok with them too.
I do find they don't get the whites particularly white, so I tend to do them with soapnuts until they look a bit grey then soak them in biological, and give them a good rince through or two in the WM.
Don't have to use fabric conditioner (the bane of rivers everywhere...don't get my dh started on that one) as the soapnuts leave everything really soft. I got mine on ebay a year ago- about a lb. of them and I still have a lot left. If you want to give them a go without committing to huge amounts, pm me your address and I'll pop some in the post Hth xx
