Hi
I am a SW target member (albeit out of target at the moment) who is going to take a break from attending class because I'm finding it all too much at the moment.
Does anyone know what happens when I go back. As I wasn't at or within target range last week when I last weighed, I am thinking that I will have to pay the membership fee to rejoin when I do decide to go back?
Normally the threat of my "weekly" visit to the SW scales is enough to keep me on the straight and narrow but I am finding it a really struggle and am doing lots of self sabotage so I am going to take a break and see how I get on. I am still going to weigh on my home scales (but just once a week) and write in my book. I won't be able to get on the site after next week but I have plenty of books and the mags to keep me motivated and of course you lovely lot on here0 -
PHEW! What a day! I'm glad things have calmed down no.
Reporting in from day 2. Yesterday was day 1 and completely choccie free and I as well chuffed with myself. Today, so far so good BUT hubby has just bought me a yorkie bar which i've now put in the fridge as it kept talking to me from the coffee table. Jeez it's got a gob on it........ I can still hear it, I will resist, I will resist.
Thought I'd share my meals for today (ought to point out I'm trying to be really strict this Week so that I get a great 1st week loss as I'll need that to motivate me)
Breakkie - Yogurt/Apple/banana/plum
Lunch -HM veggie soup. quavers (4syns). 3 pagan krisprolls (HEB)
Dinner - couscous/chicken chunks/cherry tomatoes/spring onions
HEA- milk for drinks
AND THERE IS A YORKIE IN MY FRIDGE  or did I already mention that?:rotfl:
I did think you had mentioned it briefly.....but seeing as I no longer have my magic ear on loan from the hospital I'm really glad you said it again :rotfl::rotfl:
P.s well done you for actually touching it and moving it to the fridge :T:T:rotfl:0 -

Fry-light (or whatever you cook with)
FF yogurt (optional)
2 green chillies (to garnish)

2 Add spices in with onions and cook for a few minutes then add in chicken and cook till sealed off.
3 Add in tomatoes and chicken stock bring to boil and then simmer for 40-45 ( the magzine says that but 30mins does the trick on my hob though) Stir occasionally.

I'm still in shock that you can eat so much and still lose
I joined WW beofre christmas and didn't get on with it at all! I did lose a little weight but it was a real hard slog and hated pointing everything. Much easier to know what you can and really shouldn't have.
the more free & superfree you eat, the more you seem to losestrange but true -

Extra Easy for me today. Really bad day for me workwise, got in at 6.15am and left at 5.45pm
, I wouldn't mind workwise but it was a horrible day, my boss is a real bully (he is only about 4'5" tall and I swear this is why
), anyway today it was my turn to be picked on so had to indulge in a bit of SW level comfort eating.
B - Porridge and SS milk (HEA and HEB)
S - Choc chip tracker (6.5 syns)
L - Free homemade butternut squash and onion soup with low fat noodles (Free)
S - Activia snackpot Peach (0.5 syns)
D - 2x lean pork escalopes with huge amounts of boiled swede with gravy (0.5 syns)
S - 2 finger KitKat (5.5 syns)
My dinner was really horrid but getting in so late I didn't have energy for anything else and the swede just needed reheating, work has been so awful I haven't even been to the gym since last SUnday so am gutted about that as well.
Total of 13 syns but it was supposed to be syn free in lieu of a meal out on Thursday (along with syn free tomorrow and Friday just in case)"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
AND THERE IS A YORKIE IN MY FRIDGE
If you want to remove some of the temptation, why don't you portion up the yorkie and put it in little bags then put the remaining bags in freezer. It'll take ages to eat when frozen! :rotfl:

Is there a Yorkie in lo_bush's fridge? I don't think she mentioned it?
Flat Eric - sorry to hear you're self sabotaging at the mo - been there done it and got the XL t'shirt! may I just ask you to think carefully about leaving and re-joining? it strikes me that in doing so you could just be sabotaging yourself further. Strikes me that you'd be missing out on the help and support of group just when you need it the most. It must feel frustrating to be paying that fiver a week when you have had it for free for being at target - but I'm concerned that if you don't go you're more likely to drift and have a a longer period of time (and more lbs) away from target than you could do if you carried on going to class. I've been there and got that t-shirt, too, and its an even bigger one.

Thanks so much for that. I copied it into Word super-quick, because this thread is so fast moving I'd probably have never found it again. Looks like curry for me this weekend after buying a few ingredients, can't wait :j.
Congrats on the new membership. It's not splurging, it's an investment0 -
I am really sorry to ask (I hate being a pest) but can someone give me the syns for these please,;
Weightwatchers snacks, Cheese flavour bites, Roast chicken flavour crinkle crisps, Nacho Cheese flavour tortillas and cheese flavour curls, these are all 1 point on the old scale.
