Hello lovelies.
I don't know if anyone remembers me, but I lost 1.5 stone with the help of SW and this thread last spring while I was on Mat Leave. I then went back to work and stopped the SW, but I've managed to pretty much keep the weight off, so I'm planning to rejoin and lose another 1.5 stone!
Congratulations on your amazing weight loss MrsMacawber! That is an incredible achievement.
Well done to anyone else who is still with the plan, and good luck to those of us about to get on the wagon!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Can anyone tell me if packet mixes like colmans or shop own sausage casserole are syned?

Bugga just found them in my old book 'yikes @ syns' probably more in the newer book too.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Good luck everyone :T
Loving that quote:T funny I have been 100% on plan since I joined Sept and have lost every week - was determined not to go off track Christmas but have slipped slightly sideways but am/will be ok again and am back to my 'Onwards and downwards' motto again:rotfl:
If I've gained this week it will kick start me into being more careful and starting to lose again every week.
So need my regular class to be back - my consultant is off for another 4-5 weeks so it will just be weigh and go sessions until then and I need my image therapy back and my consultant!
Mrs M can I just add my congratulations it's just so fantastic - well done you:TSealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Evening all.
Quick question: Can I use Sainsbury's Apricot Shredded Wheat as a HEB (28g), in the same way the Nestle Fruitful ones can be a HEB with a crispbread? I'm guessing it's only a branding thing, and the syns are fairly low at only 4 per 28g, which seems about right for a HEB.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

happy new year and happy new thread everyone!!
i am still off plan until tuesday, being quite good but just trying to use up all the tempting bits still in the house.
also i have been using my new dolce gusto coffee machine - not thinking about it. then find they are all rather synful!
the hot chocolate is 7.5 and the milky coffee's are around 5 each
will have to invest in the skinny versions after my millions of naughty pods are used up0 -

Salad in a box, with either tuna, ham, low fat cheese.
Pasta & sauce in a tupperware.
Soup in a flask (bit dodgy if you're on the move)
SW quiche if you cooked it tonight and cut it into portions?
I've not had to eat on the move much while on plan, so can't think of many more options. Otherwise, use Wholemeal bread as a HEB/Syn and have a sandwich to help you not be too stressed about what to do this time around. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
