Morning everyone,
Congratulations Mrs M on your 100lb woohoo that's awesome
My day so so looks like this: Brunch: 3 quorn sausages, fried egg (in frylite) mushrooms (in frylte) chopped tomatoes, HeA skim milk measured out for tea
Can anyone tell me are quorn sausages still 0.5 syn each?
Not sure what the rest of the day hold food wise, but it will be SW friendly
Still trying to get my head around EE, I'm from the day's where you used to do green or original, and a little while later they introducted Mix2Match (but it never really took off), so the idea of eating green free foods with red free foods is throwing me a little bit...but I'm sure I'll get there*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -

Ok so rather than panick and get meself into a right old 2 and 8, I decided to take a look at my cupboard and freezer
I have got enough basic food in for a month!
SO! I'm just going to work from that and just add fresh bits or anything else I need, if I can cut my food bill by £20 a week then I think I can just about manage, I'm goin to mosey on over to 'oldstyle' to grab some tips!
Tonight I'm doing 'rustic shake n bake'? one of them new colmans packet mixes, looks yummers, hope it tastes so!0 -

HIP HIP.... HOORAY!

HIP HIP....HOORAY![/QUOTE]And I think she will be a fantastic consultant if she decides its right for her :T Do just look carefully into the business side of it though MrsM - I've been to the consultant recruitment events twice now and its not for me, and I have heard others' stories of when things don't go right, so do take MrM to the meeting, and do make sure to do some number crunching. Also be careful about taking on groups which haven't had their own leader for a while - or have had a high turnover of leaders - there will be a reason for that. However, its not all doom and gloom and I know several leaders who love their job
Oh, and please can I have the minted lamb recipe, and an idea of how many gravy granules you get for 0.5 syns? Oh maybe don't count the individual ones like that sounded :rotfl:
Thanks for the good wishes, I'm hopeful that today will be on-track, otherwise the parents will wonder what planet I'm on, cleaning the whole house :rotfl:Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -

lovely shiny new thread for the new year!
Thanks Consultant
I am back on SW and loving it already, feel good for doing something good for me rather than being self-destructive for another year.
New year = new beginnings!
I was just wondering if anyone knows whether Ricotta cheese can be HEB or A on any plans??
I have looked on google/minimins but found mixed responses (some say 85g! some say not at all!!) so not sure what to believe since i dont have an up to date book.
Thanks in advance for your help, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!:D:D

Hi everyone your all doing so well following SW, i would love to do this plan again
Somehow I need to get organised to fit in following the plan. I am in my last weeks of nurse training now and i would love to lose a stone by march or drop to a size 14.
I really want to do this.“most people give up just as they are about to achieve success”If you think you are going through hell keep going - Sir Winston ChurchillIf You Can't Change It, Change the Way You Think About It.SW, 13st5lb, -4 1/2, -1,(12st13.5lbs)0 -
