    Thanks for a new thread!

I settled for a beef stew for my dinner. So I still haven't had any syns or HE yet. I don't cope well with dairy so not having a HEA isn't unusual for me, but I'll probably sit and have a weetabix bar for my HEB and possibly push the boat out and have another slice of chocolate log.

maybe a bizarre question...but does anyone think you can eat too much fruit?

Im the resident baby gorilla:rotfl: and eat masses of the stuff :o although I am trying to cut it down as I appretiate that Im still taking in more than I need. On the upside -its better to eat more fruit and keep the "munchy monster" at bay than to restrict it and find you head for the biccies ;)

  • thank you mrs m..looking a your sig I can see that you've had good losses...I was kinda worried there that the amount of fruit I'm eating will cause e to gain weight lol

    Nice new fred, thank you!!

I need inspiration, so will probably be here a lot!! Today I had a nice long soak in the bath, re read an old SW magazine and then my EE book, for some unknown reason it all suddenly seemed to make sense!!!! (I hope!!) My problem will be not having two a choices I think as I love cheese but also use a lot of milk but I at least now understand how to have an EE day!!

So today was a green day

Brunch was porridge (HEB) with blueberries and milk (HEA) 2 prunes (1 syn)

Tea was a pasta bolognaise bake with pasta, carrots, onions, tomatoes, green pepper, Cheese 1oz cheddar (HEA) lean mince (HEB) tomato puree (1 syn)
more blueberries, 0% total Greek yoghurt and a meringue basket (3 syns)
    plus satsumas

So 4 syns for the day and I'm stuffed

Hope I have kept track properly!!! I have definitely written down all I have eaten!!!

    Here's to a slimmer 2011
    xx
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

Thanks for the new thread consultant and a happy new year to you too!

I've just had my cheese and biscuits and didn't really enjoy it :(

To make up for all the ooppsss's in my tea tonight we walked to our friends' earlier to collect the car (we left it there when we went for the party last night) and I then walked home while OH drove :A I really enjoyed it too and have decided that I WILL exercise a minimum of 5 times per week. I have loads of exercise DVDs so OH has agreed to leave me alone in the living room to do one in an evening (I have bad enough co-ordination without being watched) when we get in from work (will be much easier onces he's back on shifts lol!). Some days we'll go for a walk too and then once a fortnight I have my riding lesson so there's no excuse really! I used to exercise for an hour a day, every day and loved it....the more I did, the more I wanted to do and I was sooo much more toned! I'd like to be like that for the wedding and honeymoon and what better incentive?!

Right, better get my bum to bed! Night all xx

Ah a new thread thanks for that Consultant31:T

Joining SW in September was one of the best things I've done in ages - 23rd Dec I got my Club 10 and have now lost 1 stone 11lbs:j

Bit off track/too relaxed with food over the 2 week break but am getting back into it now and once back at work Tues will be a lot more planned/organised/sorted! Will be back to my 3 planned meals a day, fruit for snacks and lack of access to the fridge/kitchen/choc supplies if not in the house:rotfl:

Back to my evening clubs either Weds/Thurs - expecting a gain this week as evening not morning class and what ive eaten but the food diary is being done and I am getting near to being back on track!

Aims for 2011 - set my next target - 1 stone 3lb so then I'll of lost 3 stone then will re access - think I'l need to shift 1 more, 2 max but will take until summer me thinks - but the idea of a slim/cool summer will spur me on:)

Next mini target is my 38th birthday end of Feb - will aim to lose a stone my then and that's my next planned flexi day too.

After that Easter - another stone?

Then Whitsun - going to the Bristol vegan festival and want to see me looking a lot slimmer on the photos from that.

Be so glad when our consultant is back - he will be off another 4+ weeks I think but not had our village meeting for past 2 weeks due to the weather:(

Right enough of me waffling on!

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all and night!

    Wooo shiny new thread!

This year I'm hoping to lose 2 stones by June. I need to exercise more and count my syns more strictly.
  • Hi all
Iv'e lost 1 1/2 stone in the last year at SW, I have been doing it half heartedly, I gave up smoking last month so I am determined to get back on track and lose again, I am sure you will keep me motivated,
