    Evenin'...

I'm struggling today, as i was meant to finish work at 12pm but was stuck there till gone 3pm... so i've decided to have a flexi syn day :o

i might be taking a scenic route to my goal weight..:rotfl:

Gunsandbanjos - I have an actifry - i havent used it for anything other than chips but i must say i much prefer chips done in the actifry than in the oven. Had to treat myself to them this evening.. it is Friday! Love your sig by the way.

Sezzler - Probably a bit late but Ratatouille would use lots of superfree foods, just random veggies roasted in garlic and passatta...

Food plan, started off as green day has now changed to extra easy after i saw the syns of tinned roe!

    B - apple, yogurt
L 12pm - half pack of roast veg couscous with added carrot and courgette (2 ish?)
    L 3pm - noodles, carrots, sesame oil(2), soy sauce
T - Actrifry chips (3 for oil), roe, some salad, apple, yogurt, tsp of desicated coconut (3??)
S - crisps (4) crackerbread (HEB) plain choc (4)milk (HEA)

so 18 syns that i can see - but i'm sure i've underestimated. not great but not half as bad as i have been eating the past few weeks!

hope everyone has great plans for the weekend x
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

could someone please look up syns for knorr ragu white lasagne sauce please - i made a sauce from scratch milk (heA) cornflour and cheese (synned) and it worked out to 7 syns a portion - it was lovely just wondered if a jar of sauce spilt between 4 would be much worse if i was in a hurry or anything

also does anyone know the syns for a wholemeal chappti please ??

    many thanks xx

Jars tend to have oil in them I believe to help keep the product 'fresh' so always quite high in syns. I find Schwartz packet mixes quite useful - most are 7 syns (inc the cheese sauce) for the pack which serve 4 - they make a good spahetti carbonara and bacon tagliatelle one too - 2 syns per serving is well worth it

    HTH :)

You don't eat much do you h007?! If I only had crackerbread & dairylea for dinner I'd be hungry too! ;)

I had two mugshots for lunch today (2 hours apart though) as I was having a real munchie day! And I was still starving by the time I got home - luckily OH was in the middle of cooking it otherwise I would have reached for the BAD stuff - & sadly I've still got a lot of the Xmas treats in the house.

Anyone got a tasty, pasta salad or similar recipe - am trying to find things for work lunches that I can make a big bowl of on a weekend.

I've been lurking but the first week back at work has been mad!
Just an add on to the curry discussion - I often chop an apple or 2 into a spicy chicken curry to bump up the superfree part.
Dizzy - you had me searching the online sw site after the peas are not free bombshell...... I should have just read the next post! lol
I have managed to go to the gym twice this week, and my guy at the gym isn't taking any prisoners!
My eating has been a bit to pot which has p'd me off as I was so controlled over Christmas. I know it is only me that I am hurting by not following plan so need to give myself a kick up the jacksie.... anyone else please feel free to send me a kick too!
Catching up on the thread has been good as it has given me some inspiration to up my superfrees.
Tonight I made a SW smoked salmon carbonara - it was yummy! I had an orange and a big bowl of peach slices in their own juice to make up the super free.....
It is nice to see that people are getting back on the wagon, and all the newbies sound really positive so that is contagious! Thanks!
    Hey ho!

Hiya TakeitEazy - did you have 3 b's or am I misreading it? I wish I could eat carrot sticks to add variation but I just can't stomach raw veg. I always wished I ate celery too although it could just be the dips I'm jealous of, lol.
