Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    Hello,

well luckily i had time to eat properly last night before the theatre (actually slightly dissapointed at not getting to go to mcdonalds for my happy meal)
went to an italian and i had spinach and ricotta ravioli (mostly spinach) with a very little bit of thin cheese sauce with julliened carrots and courgette in.
and a side order or brocolli. so overall i think that was rather healthy

today i am ee or green depending on dinner

brunch - 2 quorn sausages, 1 slice wholemeal toast (heb), beans, 2 grilled tomatoes and scrambled egg.

snack - starbucks skinny cap with sugar free syrup (4)

not sure what dinner will be yet - all depends on my tesco trip later!

wow you're good, they are spot on 5.5 each for either flavour!

Not that good I'm afraid, just worked on the approximation of 20 cals = 1 syn.

Good to see it works :D

Are you sure about fromage frais/quark/yogurt being super free??? I'm pretty sure they're not. Only fruit and veg that are free on all plans are superfree as far as I am aware.

No I'm not :o :rotfl: It just makes logical sense to me, since superfree surely equals food which is free on both plans.. and therefore includes marmite and the likes of eggs and quorn, too?

Superspeed is often thought to be only fruit and veg.

I dunno. My brain ran away and joined the circus quite some time ago :rotfl:

Opps :rotfl::rotfl: but you were on holiday so it is allowed, even more so that you had a fab time which is what really counts. I put on 7lbs by not going on holiday over Christmas :rotfl::rotfl:

Your next weigh in will be a good loss I can feel it as I would guess its a lot of water. I think some of mine is the same as a peek today mid WI week says I've lost 3.5lb so a nice 4lb loss by Tue will make me happy.

I need to lose the 7lb I put on so my new jeans fit again as when I bought them there was really no room for manouvre (sp?)

2.5 wks til Mexico... and counting

    I'm soooooo Jealous already :rotfl::rotfl:
    Just a quickie...

Co-op wholemeal pittas (1 = HEB) are currently on offer 2 packs for 80p :j

    Back later...

SWEET !!!!!!! good to see you back hun :j:j:j:D:D

Well 1st day back on the waggon for me :)

not the best start in the world as I missed brekkie by sleeping in til lunchtime :o tho in my defence I was awake until stupid O'clock as Im still having trouble getting back into a sleeping pattern

So todays meals are a little like this.
    Green day me thinks

Brekkie (at 1pm :o) 1 satsuma, weetabix HEB milk HEA

Tea will be pasta n sauce with JP & steam veggies

    snacks satsumas,apple
Ive got a HEB to use but I forgot to buy some fibre plus bars :mad:

syns???? dunno yet.....didnt buy any choccie treats yesterday _pale_:wall: Im thinking I may regret this later :o but ive got a sachet or two of choc options in the cupboard somewhere ;)

Must get more organised for the next shop!! I dont like not having my usual stuff in :o

Oh.....and when I got up someone decided to dump a load of snow everywhere  time for a brew I think and wait for Mr Dizzy to get back to tell me how cold it is ;)

Not quite true, they are free on EE (anything that is free on green is free on EE and the same for red).

They are not superfree though, so don't count as part of your 1/3 plate.

Yes most definitely!! At least for a month following :D

What does everyone think about the weight of wholemeal bread rolls? Do you just take one roll as a HEB? My partner said he thought the bread rolls in sainsburys were closer to 70g each which is over 57g.
