Ahh well as a complete technophobe -who doesn't even have a mobile phone I wouldn't even know what an Iphone is :rotfl:(although I could perhaps guess -I wouldn't know what else it does):p

At the moment Im using the ea sport "personal trainer" and "more workouts" disc - I put a workout together that alternates between the 10min advanced step and then the target and spar boxing (on the more workouts disc)- I guess I must be giving it some welly as I use a lot more cals than it predicts :D...
I am waiting for the ea sports II to arrive -will be nice to not whip myself with the cord between the controller and nunchuck :p I have also got the platform to lift the wii board off the floor and the 1kg dumbells coming- oooh and the biggest loser 2010 - so i should be able to find something else I like to do on there somewhere :T ... I really want them to bring out a decent tennis game or a really good step disc...

being forces do you get sky tv ?? if so theres a channel on there called the fitness tv - http://www.fitness.tv/schedule/index.html

its really good and has some great workouts on there - as a fitness professional - oh get me lol - i see some of these presenters at workshops and weekends they are excellent :)

    Hi all,
I am for a concert 2nite and I really don't want to eat the usual burger van chips burgers kebabs etc as that is the only type of food that will be avilable.
Just curious to know if any of you have any nice ideas on food I could take with me apart from the obvious fruit and yoghurt. Is there anything somewhat 'hearty' or delicious that would fill meup as I really want to be prepared so I'll have nice food to eat so I'm not tempted by everyone else around me eating the greasy (yet yummy looking and smelling) burger van food.
any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank u

A packet of savoury rice with chicken - marinade the chicken in spices for a couple of hours before hand then grill it and serve with the Golden or Mild Curry savoury rice. Stick it in a dish and you've got a syn free filling meal to take with you :D

These sound really good, MRSM. I have the Wii Fit Plus which I got just before all that weather hit us - I haven't been on it more than a few times I'm afraid :( Maybe now is the time! I was thinking about the EA Sports one (the old one, not the new version) - might order that online and see how I get on with it.

It sounds as if you are really enjoying the Wii :)
