before christmas I was attempting to have 3 of each HEs to try to maintain target as was still losing weight. As am still under target [just] I'm still going for 3 b's at least twice a week when I'm on lunch duty as its easier to eat rolls on the go
.
Ah sorry, I missed that you were at target - well done you0 -
brekkie: special K sustain (heb?) and semi skimmed milk (hea)
lunch-plain omlette
tea: plain pasta with peas and sweetcorn
snacks-cadburys fudge bar (6)
think i may have got hea and heb mixed up
struggling on superfree foods as im a very fussy eater and i think apples are the only one i likeThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
They were in a plastic pot, and I didn't have the juice.... they were 50 calories per 100grammes. I add the apple towards the end so it is still firm so I would class that as free - what do you think? It's a minefield sometimes!!
The first one is Italian bean and pasta salad....
Off to bed as I am at work in the morning!

Fruit is only free if it's 'whole from the bowl' - I don't think it matters if it's canned or potted, personally I don't think it's free but I could be wrong.0

SW website online syns not working - can anybody tell me the syns for 56g brie soft cheese please?A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:
Joined SW 13/9/10 - wanted to lose 56lb and lost 26lb! Rejoined on 9/1/12 having gained 17lb of my loss!!!
Want to lose 50lb. 50 - 8.5 = 41.5 to go!0 -
Thanks - just when I find something I think will boost my free food! Hey ho.
I thought the argument was that if fruit is cooked you can eat more, but canned and potted (?) are the same as fresh....
Anyway I swore that coming back to SW last year I would bow to their research and knowledge and not be a smart@rse so back to the drawing board!!
Thanks for keeping me right girls (and boys if there are any).

Sorry
The cooked thing is correct, but canned fruit is also a HEb or syns - peaches in juice are 2.5 syns per 100g (not a HEb for some reason). I love canned peaches but they've sat in my cupboard for ages seeing as I can eat a whole tin at a sitting!0 -
OK - I was on my way to bed.... now I'm obsessing about the rules!!
You can have canned vegetables but not canned fruit? Hey ho. I'm learning ALL the time!
Must go to bed now!
