:j:jWoooohoooo great result !!!!! keep up the good workGet some green tea down you to help with water retention!
Ive started drinking green tea with lemon after reading an article on the net & found it also helped a lot with my digestion and stomach probs ...... fab stuff0 -
I hate quoting myself but can anyone confirm that this is actually the way it works? As in, because I had loads of syns one day is it ok to just take that amount off the weekly total (105-45=60) and then spread the remainder out?
I think you used to be allowed/encouraged to do this.
Nowadays I think consultants tend to say do a flexi day when you're going to be over 15, and go back to your normal 5-15 the rest of the week.
Up to you how you play itNo point in reducing your syns for the rest of the week if you'll feel too rstricted and end up blowing it all.

Left just before 10, went to his work to pick up some stuff he needed then he faffed around at work and we didnt get going til nearly half 12. Got to glasgow at about 2 and i was so hungry i had the shakes:eek: Had popped a banana and alpen light in my bag thinking i'd be back by lunchtime. DD and I went to Pizza hut as we were both hungry, so kinda ruined my well planned day! We didn't get home til about an hour ago, don't think my banana and alpen would have kept me going til then:o
Tomorrow is another day, annoyed though as i had a good day planned.
Bummer ehI had a similar day when we got back from hols and MIL took me to my hosp appt.....then an unplanned lunch on the way home as we were running late and she wanted to eat
Well Im just back from todays hosp appt......Im all botoxed up again for another 3 months so I wont have any face spasms and end up winking at any minging looking fellas when were shopping :rotfl:
Done a pretty decent shop on the way back so were stocked up with fruit & veg, yogs & some meat again.....no excuses now for not having my Bum firmly glued back on the wagon

GC July £250/0 -
my food today, EE for a change (methinks):
2 alpen light (b)
HM soup
milk in brews (a)
ham, salad, Sw chips, mayo (2) - Oh blasted blastness I forgot about that mayo.
2 x pks savour bakes (estimated 11 syns) and a bit of the hemp oil I bought today (really didn't use very much at all, estimate 4)
Garn and darn it, 17 syns
Oooooookkkkaaaaaayyy.. I'm going to pretend this isnt as bad as it looks, because i've only had 2 cups of tea, and since I've bought some calcium vitamins (I could open a small pharmacy with all the pills I have got at the moment!) and have taken one today, i'm going to cheat by not having the rest of the milk, which will bring down my overall calorie intake. And I normally choose 2 not just 1 healthy A, so that'll help too.
Hmm. I could also look upon it as a swtch back of the fact that I usually use a B choice for milk or cheese - I'm using an A for oil instead.
err... am I fooling ANYONE????
Pah. I only had the 2nd pkt of savoury bakes because I wanted something to mop up the healthy oil I need to take for my skin.
Oh well, glowing skin, just showed off ontop of more fat, eh??
Please could somebody do something really kind for me and check the syn values of these:
Aldi Savour bakes, in either cheese and chive, or chilli flavour.
25g portion, Calories: 111, Fat: 5g, Carbs: 13.3g, Protein: 3.3g I'm guessing 5.5?Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -
