Am so so sorry, sending sympathy hugs your way. Look after your Mum but don't ignore yourself, we all need to grieve when we lose a loved one.

Hi,
I hope you don't mind if I join in with you?
I rejoined SW on Tuesday and have stuck to it religiously since - I'm a veggie so really only do green days and have done the plan a number of times before so kind of hopefully know what I'm doing - famous last words - although things have changed a bit since my last time.
Tonight's tea is quorn sausages, grilled tomato, beans, scrambled egg and 2 potato croquettes (1.5 syns each apparently).
Lunch was leftover spaghetti in a homemade syn free sauce and a banana whilst breakfast was a Hifi bar.
Just bought more grapes and rapsberries for snacks.
Hoping for 3 lbs off this week0 -

If it works I'l put it on the recipe thread.
I'm slaverring over my keyboard at the chinese pork  I love chinese
Having had fish in a spicy coating at Indian restaurants I quite often do it at home, it's lovely. I just wipe it on, don't bother marinating, but then I do like fish!
Dontknowanymore: big hugs from me xx:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Danger! Danger!
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT eat my moussaka recipe if you will not have access to toilets, loo roll, or the privacy of your own home for the rest of the day.
Jeepers, its MUCH worse than Dyno Rod Soup!
