  • Good morning gorgeous peoples!
I am feeling sooooooooooooooo much better! thank god!

I don't know if I said the other day, but I am changing my WI day to Mondays, in the hope it will keep me in track over the weekends which are really hard for me!
I can't officially change it on the SW website so instead of me WI today I am just going to leave it till Monday, and so on.
Also yesterday my old boss got me a ticket for PlanB in 3 weeks time! so I am trying a 3 week totally 100% challenge in time for that :j :j I have never been so excited in all me life, my first concert! :D

Hope everyone else is well x

    Morning all

Off to get some exercise once I've dropped DS off at school, feeling motivated after my good loss at WI last night.

    dontknowanymore what a fab pressie ! :j

    Today's eating (EE):

B - Banana, FF natural yoghurt, honey (nothing too big as I can't work out on a full tummy!)
L - Quiche made with bacon, mushrooms, peppers, onion, FF cottage cheese and eggs.
D - Spicy chicken portions, SW chips, coleslaw (cabbage, carrot, onion made with FF and a bit of mayonnaise - 2 syns) baked beans

Snacks - HEB (not sure yet), fruit (got a lot to get through as I won the fruit basket for SOW :D), HEA - 2 babybell light, scan bran (1)

Syns - not sure yet, still have plenty so will probably have a HiFi bar this afternoon with a cuppa.

Have a good day everyone, keep up the hard work !

My advice would be to work out on an empty stomach - it's more effective and sets you up nicely for the day. Having a late breakfast is ok :)

    Hi all,
    Fantastic loss thevicster great start!
I'm still rubbish at the moment but I am really going to try this week (trouble is I've said this for a few weeks now!)
Welcome to all newbies and well done to all the losers. x

    Hi there
I know how you feel...I have had a few weeks simply not being able to get into plan again but its eventually clicked and things are going ok

I rejoined last week and spent the week eating:eek: so your head has to be in the right place to be able to suceed.

So day 3 today and I am happy enough

    All the best take care

    veg.

Thanks for the replies dizzy and skintslimmer. I've nothing like the reasons you two have to not exercise. I had a minor op on my leg and the stitches only came out yesterday. I'm feeling a bit wary as I'm going away for a few days next week and I don't want to do anything to set it back. Also. I know I've gone over my syns this week due to two restaurant meals with wine. I've been very good in between but I know I'm over, so obsessing a little. I know it sounds horribly ungrateful but I want to push on with my weightloss and socialising is getting in the way. I can't go to Paris next week and spend the time searching for jacket potatoes and baked beans.:rotfl:

Hey....you're going away - this means you're supposed to enjoy yourself a little ;)
Its only a few days....and you can soon undo any damage when you get back by following the tips on eating loads of ss foods all week x x

Well my hamster face is definately a lot less 'big' today ;) AND I managed to brush that bit of my mouth too (very gently as I was a bit scared....being a big girly puff)
Woohooo I think I may be able to eat a bit better today as well :p though a fibre plus bar may just be pushing my luck :o

Physio day for me....and its WI tonight-any positive vibes sent my way will be gratefully received on both counts :)

Not sure on a meal plan as yet I will have a think & post in a bit when Ive been to physio (but it will revolve around porrige & soup no doubt)

If you're doing red(original) or green then yes you get one or two HEAs and two HEBs!

If you're doing Extra Easy then it's just the one HEA and one HEB.
