Good charity shop find though - hope you didn't have to walk home too far carrying them! :D

Only as far as the carpark one in each hand. (loved your alternative use):rotfl:

Round no.2 of the falafel saga is chilling in the fridge:o I'm determined to make nice syn free falafel. They look much better than my first attempt, was pretty sceptical about the amount of eggs in the recipe and guess i was right.
What did you think of the syn-free falafel gunsandbanjos? I have some cooking now, they smell gorgeous.

They were so much better than the eggy ones! Not quite as good as the bought ones but a vast improvement on my previous attempt:o

Good evening all, newbie here :hello:
I'm attempting the SW way, after trying WW a few times, I have been on it now for 4 weeks and have lost just over 7lbs.
I can't afford to go to the meetings, but I'm hoping that reading this thread and everyone's different recipies and food diaries that it will keep me motivated and give me lots of ideas.

I was just wondering if I could ask a couple of questions please - does anyone know if the Tesco discount brand (Tulip I think) Ham Trim is classed as free or do I have to syn it, I don't eat the bits with fat on, but some bits do have fat running through them?

Also, I've got a party to organise and I wonder if anyone has any good ideas for free or low syn party food, I'm sure i've seen people mentioning quiche on here before, any ideas would be hugely welcomed.

Anyways, thats my questions (for now) and I hope that with all of you on here that I can finally get shot of some of this weight for good. I waned to say a HUGE well done to all the people that have done so well and lots so much, you are an inspiration and I hope I can do well too.

    Thanks for listening

    Emma :)
