Sorry to hear about your moggie blackberry, sending a big hug xxx
I was wondering if someone could answer a quick question for me. For brekkie if I have porridge I need to have a scan bran too ..... can you crumble it into the porridge or is that just ughhhhhh !!??Morning all and hugs to all who are sad and poorly!!
I went to the butchers last night and bought some fillet steak for a treat on Wednesday evening.....I actually thought the guy was joking when he told me how much it was!!! Unfortunately for me, he wasn't! It'd better be worth it! Although last time I went there I'm pretty sure they under charged me so that makes me feel slightly better!!
.Hi all
been awol for a bit - busy weekend, resulted in me slipping from the wagon yet again. getting a bit sick of it, dont even like what i'm eating most fo the time anyway so dont know why i do it - just keep eating toast and rubbish out of boredom and/or stress.
sorry to hear about your cat blackberry
Only had 1 HEB not 2 - does it matter?? or do I need to have some bread - annoying thing is I have used my HEAs so will have to syn whatever I have with my HEB2....
Thanks Betty (and the rest of you) for your hugs and thoughts ... Betty why not get a box of alpen lights or Oaty bars for when you are short a HEB, you don't need to have any dairy with them.
Thanks again to all of you for your wishes. Dizzy sweetie I hope your mouth settles down so you can get back to noshing normally! Nessie and Ali, thinking of you - and Moth? I'll take hugs from ANYONE, thank you
hope all this makes sense, I'm getting confused.
Just taken Micky to the vet to be cremated, then his ashes will be scattered in the wood opposite where we used to go for walks and he and Sammy would have races up the trees:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

slice, then fry them using frylight? :rotfl:
Aren't you supposed to swing them about somehow? Sounds like the kind of thing you need Skint or Wootball for. A gym kind of thing. At least you hold them in your hands so I expect you sit down to use themTry googling "dumbell exercises" I expect you'll get some ideas.
Done it for you, look: dumbell exercises for women:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Not quite sure how to describe what I do with them without showing you in person, and I don't think I'm very well qualified in them in the first place, I just sort of do whatever... I'm going to pass the buck on this one... Wootball??
Good charity shop find though - hope you didn't have to walk home too far carrying them!Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -
Thank you skintslimmer for the chart. Looking forward to using it!
Weigh in today and I stayed the same. Disappointed, but I know my clothes are looser. Need to keep on track this week. We are going away next week self catering (half term here) and I am going to do some serious planning. We have always treated ourselves to lovely cheese, wine, etc etc..... need to work out the food so that I can stay on track!Grocery Challenge (2 adults 2 kids)

I'm sure they are 8.5:eek:
I've been wildly off plan as been staying at mum and dads. Nipped to shop and stocked up for the next few days on SW friendly stuff. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
