    Do I have to syn dairylea triangles? I bought some thinking they could be counted as a HEA but now I'm not so sure :o

    Afternoon everyone

    Another good day here although I have a sweet tooth on today. I shall have to be good and steer clear of the naughty stuff !

    Mrs M very welcome re: sponsorship, happy to contribute. It's such a great cause and you've done so well with your weight loss and being such a big inspiration to us on here, you'll do us all proud, I know it ! :D

    Menu for today (EE):

    B - huge bowl of fruit salad (banana, pear, melon & grapes), 2 slices w/meal Hovis (HEB) with flora light (2 syns) and HM Jam (1 syn)
    L - SW recipe minestrone soup, mullerlight yoghurt
    D - Chicken, SW chips, roasted carrots & baked beans.
    Snacks - Hi Fi Bar (6 syns), Grapes, Lean Ham, Beetroot
    Milk - HEA

    I looked at the SW website and it doesn't mention this brand in the HEx list at all!
