Has anyone seen the new WM bagels by the New York Bagel company? Are they as high in syns as the white ones?

Yes - have asked the question and unfortunately all bagels are the same - 11.5 syns

Such a shame! I really miss my bagel and smoked salmon

Getting a bit irritable now ... always feel like this the day before WI :(

Today my day looks like this: EE

B: Fruit & Activia FF yogurt
Snack: very small piece of cream sponge for Boss' birthday ;) 4 syns
L: 2 HM mini quiche, 1 chicken, pineapple & red pepper skewer left over from last night's tea, mixed salad
Snack: 2 Alpen light bars with afternoon coffee
T: TBC but fancy some SW chippies, poss with mushrooms, poached egg & bacon.

    Have a good day y'all :)

Thanks Mrs M, a little something on there for your cause xxxx :D

Interesting reading skintslimmer. When I used to go to the gym before (many moons ago !) it was a good few weeks of doing both cardio and weights before my actual weight started to drop significantly. My trainer always said to do as much weights as cardio (if not more). I can assure everyone, I never looked like arnie ! I did have nice defined arms (better than my bingo wings now) and my legs shrunk by quite a few inches. Only flabby bit was where my three little lovelies were kept before they were born :o:p.

Lunch was lurverly ! The A-levellers enjoyed helping me demolish the quiche !

    lol, so cute:)

Had my weetabix for lunch and it really hit the spot. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow! Been munching grapes while i'm pottering about.

Just sliced and froze a load of whoopsied mushrooms which will be handy for chucking a handful into dishes.

    hey all,

I am thinking about getting cottage cheese for a few recipes (a lot of ppl here seem to use it in quiche, jacket pots, etc) but I have never had it - is it actually nice...???? are there any good ones (ie is MrT better than MrS, for instance??)

    thanks

Spot on Skintslimmer - I'm just as geeky with it as you are! Next time you see a target member or somebody losing quickly, have a look for their 'bingo wings'. To me, the main sign of somebody that has lost weight incorrectly is the levels of 'sag' - whether around the midsection, the a$$, the face or the wings.

I find it a little disturbing that SW doesn't take more effort to explain this to people - SW does work, but a lot of members will be losing perfectly healthy body tissue as part of the process unless they're taking the correct steps to stop it. Eat plenty, and don't be afraid of lifting weights!
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.

I find it really difficult to have third superfrees somedays too. Not being picky, but I didn't think bananas were superfree? I think they're like parsnips (fruit and veg but not superfree).

Hi maman, they are superfree but they're not superspeed!! Confusing I know!!
