Sorry to be a pain ladies & gents, but what exercises or activities do you do to help with getting rid of the lbs?

I'm struggling to find the motivation but really want to loose some extra lbs..

    Heey!
Wootball is right about the food in your mouth part....it's what everything your body does comes down to!
I've found building up my exercise from something like pilates and yoga at the beginning of starting new fitness regimes to be great, it gets the muscles working but it's not going flat out at the gym which I find daunting after not doing anything for a while!
Swimming, then classes are next up my ladder- I find classes a great motivation and you really do meet many similar people to yourself and the class flies by....much better than going it alone, plus it always works areas and muscles you never knew existed!!

Congrats Lisa!! I bet you're so pleased, and I hope you have a super duper fab day!!

Tonights weigh in, and I lost 3lbs!! I'm so pleased, esp after worrying about the evil m&s cherry frangipane and custard that sneekily made it's way onto my plate this week!!

    Food diary for today:
Breakfast - 2 Poached eggs & beans on 1 slice wholemeal toast (HEB)
Lunch - Dyno-Rod Soup, activia snackpot, banana.
Tea - Vegetable Lasagne (HEA) & salad
    Snacks - 2 quality streets (5)
    Options hot choc (2)
    4 Cadbury mini eggs (3)
    1 Apple
    2 Clementines
    Also HEA used for cuppa's!

Congrats to all this week tooo!
    :)

    Went to weigh in tonight,

Whilst i was in the Que to get weighed i found myself getting more and more nervous, desperately hoping i hadn't gained again this week. I Resisted the urge to whip off more clothing than necessary in my desperation and when i climbed on the scales i tried to find a position that would make me weigh less!!!

Anyway after all that i had lost 2 1/2 lbs which takes me to 10lb loss in total...phew

Went to ballet = 1 hr exercise

Obstacles that may prevent me from losing this week are the graduation ball on friday which will involve alcohol and food that i have no idea how to sin so it will have to be one of those one off days...cant remember what they are called

    Todays meals

    B - fruit n fibre, milk, 1/3 banana, tea

S- walkers baked (5 SYNS) diet coke, water

L - chilli and rice (6 SYNS) onion, peppers, Water

S - apple, persimmon fruit, satsuma

    D - 2x Rivita ( 3 SYNS), 2x triangles (3 SYNS), grapes

    S - tea, 2 x garibaldi (4 SYNS)

    tea, water

Gosh ive done worse than i thought

    Morning all!

Dizzy, my wedding is the 6th May so not long now! Honeymoon is in Fuertoventura(SP). We've booked a hotel that a couple of people we know have been to and recommended and have upgraded to all inclusive and a superior room. The superior rooms were only opened in November so they should still be nice and new! I'd have liked to go somewhere a bit more exotic but we can only go for a week as OH is on fixed hols from work, also he doesn't like the heat as much as me so the canaries was a good compromise!!

WI tonight and I don't feel very confident! Usually have a post WI treat but today I'm just saving my syns fot a slice of garlic bread....treats won't make me feel good when I go for the dress fitting!! I think I'll call today EE:

    Brekkie - banana & porridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - salad, garlic mushroom pasta with veggies in, raspberries.
Tea - spag bol (Sauce is mostly veg!) 1 slice HM garlic bread

I think I might have a go at success express next week to try to hit those last few pounds to get to target! AM i right in thinking thats the one where you have half superfrees and count the highest syn values instead of the lowest? How many HEs do you get?

Ooooh and I'm going on a silver clay jewellery making workshop a week on Saturday, its rather expensive but I'm hoping I can use what I learn to make presents for my bridesmaids (and me!!!).

WI for me tonight, and last week's pound gain has come off, so exactly at target again which is nice. Our consultant didn't mention that thing about a supermarket stocking SW ready meals though. Only about something called "Let's beat it together" which got me in a fit of giggles. I must be very rude cos no-one else sniggered :o
