  • Morning everyone.

    Today (green so I can have 2B & 2A)

    B - Veggie Frittata (F) sauce (1)
L - Veg chow mein (2) - I have a load of broccoli and and love broc in a S/fry.
D - Homemade Pizza. W/meal base (BB) Cheese (AA) tomato base (F) veggie topping (F)

Maybe a yog and fruit for supper.

I seem to have lost my appetite for some reason, maybe it is the restart of SW and filling up on the good stuff.

Hia - yes, me! I'm coming up to the end of my third week now and am just starting to sleep a bit better but I've got loads more energy in the evenings. I was making quiche at 9.30 last night :)

I'm not even a week into this and I decided to declutter the play room at 7pm last night. I've just been to the tip with four black bags and a broken child's chair.... Normally I just sit on my backside of an evening.

I may end up with a clean and tidy house eventually of this carries on!

When I take a sneaky peak on the scales I haven’t lost an ounce.

STEP AWAY FROM THE SCALES!!!!! They will always be different so it's really not worth the hassle. If you go to a group then the scales there are very expensive and more accurate.

My scales at home are WW ones that measure your fat levels too. Apparently out of the 9st 6.5lbs that make up my body - 40% of it is fat and I am obese. I've stopped using them .

    Green day for me today

    Lunch
Weetabix and milk (NO SUGAR!!! - I was so proud of myself yesterday) HEA and B
    Broccoli
    Carrots

    Dinner
Spaghetti bolognaise using my second HEB for the meat.

    Snack
    Muller light

Syn free day, but I did have pizza at the weekend.

Does anyone have a microwave steamer? A colleague mentioned it to me as I've been microwaving my veg at work. I'm looking for recommendations and advice on how long things take to cook? Thanks!

It seems Im having another green day today .... it just seems to fit in better with what I fancy, I just need to keep the portions small so I don't get that awful stuffed n bloated feeling again wink.gif - so here it is:-
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • grapefruit
    • apple
    • 12 speed stew
    • frozen tropical fruit
    • activia (2.5)
    • grapefruit
    • 100g jacket potato
    • cottage cheese
    • lettuce
    • cucumber
    • tomato
    • peppers
    • onions
    • tickled beetroot
    • tickled cabbage
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • frozen berries
    • activia (2.5)
    • fibre plus (B)
So that uses 2A+1B and 5 syns -so if I get the munchies this afternoon /evening I may have 2 ryvita (B) and 14g cheddar (3) to use a bit more wink.gif.........
