    Morning everyone,

Another good day yesterday (EE). Am trying a 'red' day today as I really fancy the double bacon cheeseburgers recipe on the website  .

WI tomorrow and a SP tells me I might have lost a few lbs :j.

Need to do some exercise today, might walk and pick DS up from school seeing as the sun is shining :D.

Today's food (not 100% sure yet, need to check my books as it's my first ever day doing 'red').

    B - Ham & Mushroom omlette, tom ketchup (1)
L - Not sure, bit stuck at the moment, will have a look at website
    D - Bacon double Cheeseburgers (HEA1 = cheese, HEB1 = Wholemeal roll) Salad
Snacks - grapes, pear, satsuma, banana, weetabix cake (3)
    HEA2 = Milk

Still have some syns left and a HEB. I don't think I've ever found it so difficult to choose ! So much to choose from too :T

Morning all, I am feeling really rough, spent yesterday at home in bed but back to work today. Not feeling hungry whilst ill but sticking to plan even though all I want is bad stuff!

B - fibre plus bar (heb) apple
    S - apple
L - jacket spud with cheese (Hea) and salad. Quavers (4.5)
D - not sure will depend on what I feel upto making when I get home.
  • I bought some Morrison's frozen mashed potato last night (2 bags for £1).

Does anyone else use this? It's really nice (and quick), much better than Smash (which I quite like).

I've not looked at the ingredients though, hoping it's just spud! Then it would be sin free - fingers crossed.

    Anyone know?

Hello all, long time no post sorry for going AWOL just been really stressed out and busy with work.

Hope you are all well and having a good February! :D

I went to Ikea at the weekend and bought their elderflower cordial - it's lovely mixed with Soda water.
In the SW book it says 50ml fruit cordial (before dilution) is 2.5 syns - do you think that's a safe assumption?
Or can anyone check elderflower cordial for me online plz??? thanks :)

Made a lovely french style sausage casserole last night with low fat sausages, leeks, garlic, chicken stock, white wine (synned) veg and butter beans - was like a broth almost, really yummy.

    Today I am doing EE
    Brekkie:
    Tea w/milk 1/2 HEA
2 apples - need to go fruit n veg shopping!!
Brown roll with tbsp low fat jam (1.5 syns)

    Lunch:
Jacket potato, beans and 1/2 HEA low fat cheddar

    Dinner:
Turkey stir fry with noodles and veg, stir fry sauce (4 syns)

    Total syns = 5.5

Yep! It's free! I used to drink loads of it, but have limited myself to just evenings and weekends now. I drink no added sugar squash at work now.

I didn’t plan very well yesterday and ended up having a Batchelor’s Pasta’n’Sauce plonked on top of a jacket potato! It worked out OK plan-wise as I was having a Green day for a change but it didn’t feel right IYKWIM.
I did, however, only have 1.5 syns to make up for the weekend. Averaging out at 81.5 now and WI isn’t until Thursday so back on track.
    Today (EE)
B: Blueberries & grapes stirred through Activia FF yogurt
    Mid-morning: 2 Alpen lights (HEB)
L: 2 HM mini quiches with mixed salad and a cup of HM soup on the side.
T: Chicken, pineapple and red pepper skewers with rice and broccoli.
Hoping to refrain from having too many syns again. May be a hot choc tonight – DD says Options Banoffee is nice.

I just want WI on Thursday over with now. When I take a sneaky peak on the scales I haven’t lost an ounce. I don’t want to be disheartened but food wise there is nothing I can tweak.
I may ask one of you lovelies to take a look at my food diary next week xx
