    Afternoon all :D

Day 2 for me and it's going great, not hungry at all which is brilliant:j. I did 45 mins on Wii fit yesterday, no exercise today as I've decided to do every other day to start with.

I think my body is detoxing a bit too, lots of toilet visits :o (sorry, TMI, I know ! :rotfl:)

    Food today (EE):

B - 3 eggs, scrambled with tomato ketchup (1 syn)
L - Jacket potato, flora light (1/2 syn), baked beans, salad of lettuce, cucumber, pepper, sweetcorn and red onion
D - Not sure yet, will have to decide when online delivery arrives !

S - muller light vanilla, chilli cous cous

    HEA - skimmed milk
HEB - need to have, will be organising a mid-afternoon snack in a bit as I'm getting a tad peckish

I might have a glass of wine tonight to use up my syns - I just have to remember to not finish the whole bottle  :p

Right my little chickpeas - I need some advice!

Tomorrow night I'm going out with the girlies from work ... my last night out was in April last year

We are having a curry so I'm gonna go for either a chicken jalfrezi or a chicken rogan josh.

My fave tipple is red wine which I will probably have in the restaurant but when we move on to a bar afterwards I'm thinking vodka & slimline ...

There must be a booze expert out there ... ;) How many syns do you reckon??

I think I'll be the resident booze expert:beer:! All spirits (vodka, gin, whisky) with a slimline / diet mixer are 2.5 syns for a 25ml. Red and dry white wine is approx 8.5 syns for a large (250ml) glass. Rose is 9 and sweet white is 12.

Ive had my scan, dunno what it said as they have to get someone to look at it and call me back for another appointment. My Neurologist Is giving me some Tryptans (sp?) now to try, as my migraines are reduced to just 2 a month with the other tabs they have me on so fingers crossed with a bit of trial and error they can find one that works and stops the remaining ones as they happen....but you can only take them twice a month apparently or they dont work?? Gawd Its taken 4 years now to get me half right from all the mess from the original Brain surgery, ever wish you'd never bothered :o:p:p

Food wise Ive had an ok day so far, not had anything silly biggrin.gif really do need to start drinking a bit more tho....thats been going pear shaped again :(

T more DynoRod & some sw chips (going back to my school days here rolleyes.gif.....soup & chips when I was feeling icky) part frozen strawb muller

    HEB2 fibre plus

    syns
    2 choc option drinks 4
    ????????? maybe a penguin wafer 4.5

May have to edit this later redface.gif

Sorry I've not posted much this week. Been to docs and been diagnosed with viral labrinthytus (sp?) and main sympton is vertigo so everything is spinning :( also had a bad cold this week too!

Been off plan occasionally but hoping to be feeling better next week so I can get back on it.

Hope you've all been doing well

Cheer up all the poorlies, I noticed this morning that the daffs in my garden are coming up. Spring is on its way :j

Yup, I noticed some brave little snowdrops huddled against the wind (Dizzy?) today, makes us feel better doesn't it?

I feel for both of you, I only have occasional dizziness - sometimes in the day (middle ear infection)and sometimes turning over in bed at night (benign positional vertigo - with a vestibular in there somewhere) and it's more debilitating than anyone can imagine. Like being drunk without having a drink, which is a bummer.

Way back there, 2 pages back, someone asked for confirmation that balsamic vinegar is "free". Yes it is, as I know someone else confirmed - but don't confuse it with anything called "balsamic dressing" or similar because that's probably got oil in it! I find the vile veryveryvery low fat Hellmans is enlived no end with a good splash of balsamic vinegar, and it also makes it a better texture - less like a dollop of putty. :rotfl:

Now, I've entered this years Race for Life, me being slimmer now and not afraid of jiggling a bit (tho I insist PINK is not my colour). So you've all got to encourage me to get OFF the wagon, where I'm comfy on the Target Sofa, and make me walk in front for practise exercise. Thankyou.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
