now I've got use to not having bread and don't miss it, I do have some as my HEB's which seems enough
I feel just the same. At first I missed the choice of a sandwich at lunchtime but now I'm not bothered. I've also got to quite enjoy the WW (Is there a slapped wrist smiley?:D) Brown Danish. I have it as dry toast so I can have 1/2 with my breakfast and there's still some over to have with my lunchtime soup or whatever.0 -
Morning all, I'm still feeling grotty! My head feels like its going to explode!!! WI tonight. not sure what the scales will say as I've lost 3 times in the last 4 weeks and the other week I maintained. I'm only 3lbs from target so having done so well just recently I doubt I'll lose again. I have stuck to plan all week but I'll be happy with a maintain (although secretly hoping for a loss!!)
I'll be having my usual WI treat tonight so not sure what day to call it!! Probs EE is best!
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), apple
Lunch - jacket spud, tinned mackeral in tom sauce, salad and pickles, fat free dressing, yogurt with mixed berries
Tea - quiche, beans, some sort of potato.
Hope everyone is ok x0 -
TakeItEazy wrote: »How much is 3 capsules in mgs? I take 1000mg in one a day form, this being recommended by my Dr. I think one a day capsules work out cheaper than 3 a day. I also take a capsule for my stomach but don''t think its oil based. I still wouldn't count the syns even if it was :rotfl:.
I get them off the internet dont knoe if I'm aloud to say where but the cost £14.99 for 360 tablets and get 27.5% cash back.

Morning, DD is off school today as she is not feeling well:( Hope it doesn't turn into anything serious, she has a track record for being a little ill one minute and needing hospitalized within about 24hrs:eek:
Got a green day planned as usual. Had a coffee and going to have breakfast in a minute.
Breakfast - 2 x alpen light(B), yoghurt, clementines, banana
Lunch - 85g lean bacon(B), 63g cheese(1.5A), might have the cheese melted over SW chips with the bacon mixed through. Or may make cheesey pasta. Will decide when it gets to lunchtime. See how i feel.
Dinner will be savoury rice, falafel, beetroot and sweetcorn.
Will update syns when i know how many falafel i've had.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Morning all,
To those feeling rotton, hope you're on the mend, there are so many people who are ill at the moment, roll on summer I say.
I need help...I have completely fallen off the wagon, I meant to start back on plan on Monday but I haven't, it started when I realised I missed out both my HEA and HEB  then I just went like a mad woman and wanted to eat everything forbidden.
I've got WI tomorrow and I feel not going, its taster evening as well and I simply havent got the time to make something. I've just lost all motivation this week, I've stopped using the Wii and am ashamed of my eating habits this week
I start with good intentions in the morning and throughout the rest of the day but once the girls are in bed I just graze. Ironically last night it was whilst watching the Biggest Loser.
I can't seem to get back onto it, I know there are a few of us who have fallen I never realised how bloody hard it was getting back on.
Well done to the losers this week, :T hope everyone has a good day, and sorry for going off on one!Currently takling Barclaycard - £67/£350Debt free date October 2014:jDoing it for my girlies!!:j38lbs lost in 2011SW for May 8lb/7lb0 -
well done everyone who's had a loss!
I gained 2lb this week, but it's cos i went off plan for most of the last week and the weekend.
I get my evening primrose oil from the pound shop!! they are low dosage tho as i have only just started taking them so i am seeing how I go on 1 or 2 capsules before i take myself up to the max!
Yesterday I had a glass of wine to finish the bottle up - measured out 200ml and calculated that as 6.8 syns (so basically 7 syns) - was nearly a full glass so I was v chuffed! Only went over my syns by 0.3!!
Today I'm going Green again cos OH wants pasta with HM tom sauce for dinner.
But we have no milk so my HEAs are both going to have to be cheese - is that ok to do???
Brekkie:
Herbal tea (no milk)
Toast (HEB) with 21g low fat cheese (1/2 HEA) and a tbsp jam (1.5 syns)
Lunch:
SW chips, beans and cheese (HEA)
Snack:
Toast (HEB) with banana and 1/2 tsp maple syrup (0.3 syns!:rotfl:)
Dinner:
spaghetti with HM sauce: chillies, garlic, basil, chopped toms and some roasted sweet red peppers (1.0 for 1/2 tsp oil used for roasting)
21g cheese (1/2 HEA)
Dessert:
Options Orange flavour hot choc (2.0)
syns = 4.8 (round it up to 5!)
That's cheese with every meal!! :eek:Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

It is hard, but you can do it!
there are a few tricks - like remember why you are doing it (for me it's to wear shorts and be comfortable in the summer, which I haven't done for years..) or write a list of the things that will improve when you have lost the weight (health, happiness, etc) write some new recipe ideas and meal plans down so you have new things to try not just the 'same old', buy the lastest SW mag for inspiration.. etc.
Also, find something to do in the evenings when you usually graze that will occupy your hands - a puzzle or some knitting...? or even just have some tic tacs or chewing gum (or brush your teeth!) the minty taste will help stop your cravings
hope you get back on the wagon quickly - we've got the superglue ready to stick ur butt to it!!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
