Evening, well done losers and get well soon to the ill peeps.

Today has been good. Using half and A for coffee/tea.

    Had a coffee first thing.
Breakfast was an activia, banana, 2 x clementines, 1 alpenlight(1/2B)
    Lunch was WM roll(B), ham(1), pickle(1/2), 16g cheese(part A), banana, clementine, yoghurt, 1 alpenlight(1/2B)
Dinner was a bit of a mishmash. HM tomato and redpepper pasta with 47g cheese(rest of A) and 5 falafel(7.5)

Both A+B and 9 syns so far.

weird question, not SW related sorry but thought one of you might be able to help... i am using dried mushrooms to make my mushroom risotto - they are soaking now.
Can I use the water they are soaking in towards the risotto liquid?
Lots of websites say you have to strain it, but what do I use to strain it?!?!? sorry for going off-topic but I am worrying!

What an entertaining read the ww debate was! It's quite funny how people get on their high horses about things they've never tried OR even understand fully! I don't see SW as a "faddy diet" ...or even a diet at all, it's a sensible way of looking at food! So good for you lil_me!

Anyway, just a quick question...my mums making a chicken and veg pie for tea and I'm trying to work out how to work out the syns! Do I find the syn value for the whole recipe and then divide by how many portions there are to get my syn value?! I'm a bit confused when it comes to 'bulk' cooking! Please help!

I think you would strain it in case it has bits of grit etc in it, just pour it through a kitchen towel or something sat in a tea strainer/sieve if you have one.
