    Oh no..nightmare!

    Thank you Lil_Me!

I am a bagel addict..no wonder I am putting on weight! Another fave of the list!!

I have a w/m pitta bread as my HB, stuffed with rocket/salad leaves, chopped egg and a quorn sausage. I'd say tastier than a bagel and cheaper (syns and money)

Betty - yes chicken stock is free on green.

I don't like quark so can't answer that one!

Nessie - either go for a jacket with cheese and beans (use a HEA) or maybe steak and a jacket. Or I'd have the grilled sea bass with the sauce on the side.

ooh I have just read that thread you're on and I am dying to chime in!! hehe!

Interesting to read the WW limits sweet potato, sweetcorn and peas - I know that are starchy veg but I said the same to my friend who's on a diet where you limit carrots, this is not the food that made you fat!!

Haha I know, I read her post, saw red, didn't really read the other posts, put my 2 cents in, then noticed that maman had pretty much said what I'd wanted to say but with less red in it :o

The quark should be fine as long as you do it at the last minute, I've used it in carbonara and it was very smooth and silky.
Thanks - I'll bung it in with some cheese at the last minute, off the heat - lovely to be able to make creamy tom and cheese pasta and stay on plan.. :)

  • I was just about to eat my Activia yogurt (strawb) snackpot FAT FREE!!!! and did a syn calculation on SW online, and it came back 5syns on EE,red & orginal.

I thought this was 0 syns or minimum 0.5 syn, I bought a load too, looks like i'll be binning them, id rather have a bag of crisps for the syns.

  • I just looked on the syns online, says 0 syns, Oh now I am confused, just when I thought I was getting the hang of it. When you put in the calories, fat, protein, carbs in the calculator, it says 5 sins, not sure if I want to risk it.

    :hello: Hi all,
Well back on plan on Sunday after hospital visits & a hectic few days. FIL still not released yet.
Got home yesterday to find an envelope from my consultant (as I weighed & went last week after spending all day chasing ambulances!) with a SOTW AND SOTM certificates/stickers inside! :j So chuffed - they're on the fridge so OH can't moan at me when I have something tasty!
No morning sickness yet, nor cravings or repulsions so sticking with EE as best I can!
Feel like mushroom risotto tonight but going to Mom & Dads tonight as hubby away again :(
Just realised I was born on a Thursday, my WI's are on a Thursday & my baby is due on a Thursday (I'm 6 weeks this Thursday)! Must be my lucky day ;)
    Hope you're all well!

The calculator doesn't know they're fat free though - it still has calories etc, but can only make a best guess - use the brands on the syns online if you can - it'll be much more accurate.
FatFree Activia are free on SW. Enjoy
