Just to give you an idea. First off you only get 2 HEBs on red or green and I would suspect having to use the syns for the extras will put you over 15 syns. Personally I'd go for a green day. Cut out the hifi bar, swap chicken roll for cheese (you don't have a HEA), take the roll and the chicken in curry as your 2 HEBs.
Send me a PM with your email addy and I will see if I can help you further0 -
Morning all, I'm feeling a bit grotty so dizzy and all the other poorlies have my full sympathy!! My throat feels like I've been swallowing razor blades......I bet it won't stop me eating though! I had an hour making more sugar flowers again last night, I'm getting there slowly but surely! I hope the finished cake looks as good as I want after all the effort I've put in!!
MRSM - you really should show us some pics of this jewellery you've been making. I love handmade stuff and quite fancy having a go at jewellery making but I wouldn't know where to start!!!
Well I think today will be best as a green day:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - spicy rice (1 for teeny bit of chorizo), yogurt, pineapple
Tea - quorn sausages, bacon (HEB), 'fried' egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, cubed spiced potatoes.
Snacks - fruit.
I might have some choccy for pud for syns! I'm so looking forward to me tea, its not something I do very often but its levely for a change once in a while. Oooohhh......I must tell you about my celebrations.......I froze them, they're leftovers from xmas and I froze a bag full, firstly to stop them going off before I eat them all, and secondly when you do eat them you can make them last aaaaaaaaaaages!!!0 -

It hasn't affected my weight loss enough to make me syn them either. Same with tom/garlic puree, have never syned that either. I think that the amount you eat, its not worth synning. Just my opinion though
