    Breakfast: 2 egg omlette
    Snack: Hi Fi bar, apple
Lunch: Wholemeal roll, chicken breast and lettuce. Kitkat, apple
Dinner: Chicken curry made with light coconut milk, rice
    Options hot choc, banana

    Omelette - free
Hi fi bar - HEB or syns
    Apple - free
Wholemeal roll - HEB or syns
Chicken - free on red, HEB or syns on green
    Kitkat - syns
    Apple - free
Chicken - free on red, HEB or syns on green
Sauce - mostly free if tomato based no oil
    Coconut milk - syns
Rice - free on green, syns or HEB(? I think) on red
    Options hot Choc - syns
    Banana - free

Just to give you an idea. First off you only get 2 HEBs on red or green and I would suspect having to use the syns for the extras will put you over 15 syns. Personally I'd go for a green day. Cut out the hifi bar, swap chicken roll for cheese (you don't have a HEA), take the roll and the chicken in curry as your 2 HEBs.

Send me a PM with your email addy and I will see if I can help you further :)

Morning all, I'm feeling a bit grotty so dizzy and all the other poorlies have my full sympathy!! My throat feels like I've been swallowing razor blades......I bet it won't stop me eating though! I had an hour making more sugar flowers again last night, I'm getting there slowly but surely! I hope the finished cake looks as good as I want after all the effort I've put in!!

MRSM - you really should show us some pics of this jewellery you've been making. I love handmade stuff and quite fancy having a go at jewellery making but I wouldn't know where to start!!!

Well I think today will be best as a green day:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - spicy rice (1 for teeny bit of chorizo), yogurt, pineapple
Tea - quorn sausages, bacon (HEB), 'fried' egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, cubed spiced potatoes.
    Snacks - fruit.

I might have some choccy for pud for syns! I'm so looking forward to me tea, its not something I do very often but its levely for a change once in a while. Oooohhh......I must tell you about my celebrations.......I froze them, they're leftovers from xmas and I froze a bag full, firstly to stop them going off before I eat them all, and secondly when you do eat them you can make them last aaaaaaaaaaages!!!

Saw summat a while back about oily supplements like evening primrose being syns. Well I have taken them for years and never syned them. It hasn't affected my weight loss enough to make me syn them either. Same with tom/garlic puree, have never syned that either. I think that the amount you eat, its not worth synning. Just my opinion though :D
That was me. I was strugling to lose weight but was being 100% so was trying to think what I could have been doing wrong. But as I have found out last week its my first * week in 2 years due to injection. Now I know why I was eating so much choc:eek: Tired to get back on track now gone down with bug roll on sat when DH is home so I can rest.
Speedy recovery to everyone who's ill at the min.

Tonight's WI was a success - lost 2lbs, so that's 8.5 now! Happy happy bunny :) Got my son's birthday tomorrow so will have to cut back a bit on syns for the rest of the week, but that's okay.

Oh, and to anyone else who wonders if Dyno-rod soup lives up to it's name?...yes, yes it does lol.

Well done! I'm hoping for my half stone this week too :T:T

Apologies if this question has been asked before, but could anyone tell me how bagels are logged on SW

    I am particularly interested in

    Sainsbury's plain and wholewheat bagel
New York Bakery bagels plain and wholewheat

Good luck with your weight loss and thank you for your help

All bagels are 11.5 syns, they don't have the individual varieties. (ouch)

  • Hi fellow slimmers,

Well I am getting the hang of this diet now, I think anyway, here's what I ate yesterday and todays plan of action, both EE, as no idea how the green/red days work yet.

B:boiled egg with ww wholemeal bread (heb)
scraping of v.low fat marg (0.5)
L: Chicken, Loads of salad and spoon of asdas gfy natural cott cheese
Tangerine, ff yogurt, apple & few grapes
D: Chicken breast, stuffing (2) cauli and broccolli, gravy (2)
Snack: Celery with asdas gfy cottage cheese & half tub cherries.
5 cups of tea with skimmed milk (hea)
I work that as 4.5 syns, hope I'm right.

    Today:

    B: Banana & 2 slices melon
L: chicken salad, teaspoon of extra light mayo (0.5), on 2 ww wholemeal bread (heb)
    cup of hm veg soup
    Fat free activia snack pot
D: Spag bol made with turkey breast mince (not tried this before, hope it tastes ok!)
Evening snack, the rest of them lovely cherries.
Am I right in saying this is 0.5 syn?

I am planning a pub visit tomoro night for a few, so keeping my syns to a minimum so I can have a few vodka's woohoo.

Just want to say, I have had the time now to read most of this thread, and you have all been such an inspiration to me, your weight losses are incredible, and I do hope I follow in your footsteps :-)
