Yay! A vegan pudding there:) I shall try that! I had one at a vegan festival - they used natural fruit sugar and even chilli in and it was really nice. I don't like to use artificial sweetner but can syn some natural sugar/fruit sugar instead. If anyone has a Chinese supermarket nearby then they usually have silken tofu really cheap too.

A question ladies, is it ok that on the days that I am at home, I eat cooked meals for lunches?
Like today, chicken bites, chips and salad? I dont way overload my plate, but I'm a proper 3 meals a day no snacks kinda girl :o
Eat eat eat, DKAM, cooked, raw, halfcooked, halfcocked, whatever. And don't worry too much about "overloading" your plate, one man's "overloaded" is another man's "is that it?" Just follow the superfree rule and stop when you are full. I sometimes do what Mrs M does - whilst I am preparing a meal I eat a piece of fruit, like having pudding before dinner in case you don't have room for it at the end, but for a slightly different reason :D
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Poohbear- do the meal plans give specified quantities of everything? if so it could just be that you need to tweak the portions to suit. I know that you need specific amounts for your Healthy extras -but you could use less meat/carbs... Im doing hotpot tonight and I will divide my portion in 2 even though I have only used 1 thin lamb leg steak as I can no longer manage a full one... Im finding this with most meals now,
If you are feeling bloated and uncomfy then something isn't suiting you -if its not the portion size perhaps you could make a note at the end of each meal/day how you feel -it could be that certain foods are to blame ;)

I measured the healthy extras but I din't on all the other things. I have cut down on quantities today and see if I feel better later as I still feel bloated. I am probably just making my portions too big.

Thnx hun, I spent the first month or so cutting my portions right back and think I left myself feeling deprived, this past week I have been eating more and always having superfrees with meals so hopefully I have been ok!

Sorry haven't been around for a while, I'd like to say that birthday celebrations last Monday kept me away but its not true.

Wasn't the best week eating wise, my friends little girls made me a surprise birthday cake with chocolate nad fresh cream which was so sweet of them and of course I had to have a slice (wasn't tempted at all but didn't want to upset them), they even tried to get me to take it home with me but I managed to persaude them they would enjoy it more :D

Had been planning a treat of fish and chips on Friday but ended up going out to the pub with some friends after work on Thursday, 5 glasses of wine and a (totally not worth it) chip butty later the fish and chips were well off the menu but I did have a good time.

Then it got worse, I went shopping on Friday and treated myself to a fantastic cup cake nad a coffee, again cupcake although delicious made me full really full and a little bit sick, are you seeing a pattern here................. maybe my tummy no longer likes all that naughty full fat food or maybe despite several big slip ups I'm still in the zone.

Miraculously I managed to still lose 1lb at WI :rotfl:

I'm now frightened it'll catch up with me so having a super syn freeish week.
