I thought I'd record it for a couple of weeks to see how it fluctuates. Very depressing thing to do.

I have been filling in the spread sheet since the 18th January, and with only one day to go til the end of the month I find I am 2lb heavier than the start date.

There will not be a February spread sheet!!!!
SOunds like a plan Batman! ;)

I am going to be here for a very long time!!! 3 lousy lbs in 3 weeks, at least its not 3 on.
Have a bad back which is my excuse for being lazy food wise today, the medication is knocking me silly.
B/Fast 3 trimmed bacon slices, scrambled egg 1 slice toast 1/4 melon
Lunch, same as breakfast with beans added
Tea, chilli, rice and heaps of veg.
HEA & B were covered by the milk in the egg and a slice of toast (it was white WW)

I think I need some syns tonight, so may have crisps and a drink.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

    Evening all:D

Well done Alison on the smaller jeans:j It is a lovely feeling isn't it.

HopePray, have you been putting your meal plans up, I'm sure some of the lovely people here would advise on any (possible) alterations to try and increase your losses...

I have been pretty good this week, so am really hoping for a loss in the morning....esp after my 2lb gain last week:p I have barely any money for food this coming week so will be living on beans on toast:cool:

Will report back tomorrow with weigh-in result;)
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.
  • Stooopid me, I mixed up my day, started on EE then went green, just worked it out: 27 syns!

Really need to go food shopping. Apparently it is possible for me to get through £90 of food in a week by myself!

Ok ok that is an exaggeration, I have quite a bit of food left, but not much which can be turned into a meal, IYSWIM? I'll have a pointless stare into the cuboards tomorrow before deciding whether or not to trek out and get short term supplies, or if I can wait for an online shop to be delivered. This is my weak point and why I end up spending a fortune on food, if I don't have stuff inthat is easy to make a meal with, I don't stay on the waggon! :o

3rd weigh in for me this week and surprisingly down 1/2lb:eek:

Been away for a couple of days so Friday was a flexi day. I didn't go hog wild but did have a chip buttie :o Probably too many skinny lattes on the motorways as well.

We went from North Yorkshire to Llandudno for DH's 60th birthday. He had no idea we were going anywhere. Son2 and girlfriend came down and we kidnapped him into the back of the car and just drove him there. Went to see Max Boyce (yes he is still alive) who was brilliant.

Worth the low loss for this week but now I am back 100% to improve my chance of loosing.

Thanks for listening and posting. I don't think you know how much your ramblings mean to non club members (not got a local one accessible).:T

I think Max Boyce is amazing but not seen him for years. Is he still doing Hymns and Arias or does he have new material?

I've been out for a pub roast today. Hoping that the yorkshire, gravy, roast potatoes and mash on my plate (or rather in my mouth) will not push me over my syns total this week. It's so difficult to judge.
