Just looked in the freezer and there are 8 boxes of speed soup.
No socialising planned this weekend, should I just live on speed soup and water to hopefully limit the damage.
or:
Just be 100% EE 'til WI Wednesday morning?
Well to quote myself, thought I'd give an update on what I plan to do:
I have gone for the first option. Scales this morning showed a 2lb gain on yesterday.
(Since the 18th of January I have weighed every morning and recorded it on a spread sheet) Hope to get a job soon
Day 1 (Sat)
Lunch: 2 bowls of speed soup
Snack: 1 bowl of s/s
Dinner: 2 bowls of s/s
Several large glasses of SF b/c and apple (hot)
+ 3 cold Quorn sausages. (Back to EE tomorrow)0 -

I love my kenwood:happyhear how sad is that! PM me if you want, don't want to hijack the thread with cake talk!!I haven't really done much except for starting the business other than set up me website to show people pictures... myself and MIL are trying to do wedding cakes and novelty cakes and the cupcake thing on the side. It's really hard with a full time job and it's really hard to bake cakes when SW- ing!!:(
Congrats Skint_catt on your wonderful news..
Well done everyone for any losses..
Sweet..am giving up this weekend too, but slate clean on Monday and start again. OH goes back to work on Monday so we'll be back into a routine and can deal with making meal plans.

Good luck with your business venture, sarymclaryIt's something I'd love to do someday too.
I can vouch for Kitchenaids - my mum bought me and my sister one each a few years ago - she has a red one and mine is pink - they are brilliant to operate and I swear cakes taste better just by using them lol.
Best of luck:)

Have been doing well this week, trying to be as good as possible to get my first half stone on Monday night's WI but had an unexpected trip to a chinese buffet place today. Ate loads of chicken, some was in a light batter (well, I couldn't resist:o), didn't really have anything else (no rice, two forkfulls of noodles) apart from a teeny wedge of cheesecake and a blob of icecream.
Since then I've just had ryvita and laughing cow light triangles as my HE allowance.
I'm really annoyed that I might have blown it for losing this week now and I'm hoping that if I stick to mainly superspeed stuff for the next two days (mainly salad and dyno-rod soup) I might manage to get a 1lb off.
Think it will work?0 -
Oops! Well Im blaming my pregnancy hunger already! I'm constantly hungry & while OH was cooking syn free pasta tonight I decided to have some garlic bread with it as Im no longer spending syns on wine. In itself not too bad, bit then I found myself opening Doritos & dip (for the same reason) & some chocs after dinner
even though I found them really sickly sweet. I promise to get back on track tomoro
thanks for all the congrats - haven't got my head round it yet!

Evening all!
EE day for me today
Lunch
Beef Stew
Dinner
Birds Eye chicken with mushroom and red wine sauce (3.5 syns)
SW chips
Mushrooms
Carrots
Broccoli
No snacks, HEA or B. I have a little rumble at the moment so might have a weetabix before bed. I've just been out for a SW bowling evening which was great fun. Only drank diet coke so everything was good.0 -
Morning everyone! Have decided to have a fresh start from tomorrow and I'm so glad I found this thread. Can I join you all please? Will read back from the beginning and hopefully find some good tips and recipes. I got to my goal weight a couple of years ago with SW and found it quite easy to follow so I intend to follow the plan without attending meetings - but if I'm struggling doing it this way I can always join the local group. I'll post my weight loss in my signature each week and that will keep me motivated and focused. Right, I'm off to dig out my old SW book and magazines for some inspiration ...Sober October = 0 alcohol free days
Weight lost so far = 0lb
No spend days so far = 00 -
3rd weigh in for me this week and surprisingly down 1/2lb:eek:
Been away for a couple of days so Friday was a flexi day. I didn't go hog wild but did have a chip buttieProbably too many skinny lattes on the motorways as well.
We went from North Yorkshire to Llandudno for DH's 60th birthday. He had no idea we were going anywhere. Son2 and girlfriend came down and we kidnapped him into the back of the car and just drove him there. Went to see Max Boyce (yes he is still alive) who was brilliant.
Worth the low loss for this week but now I am back 100% to improve my chance of loosing.
Thanks for listening and posting. I don't think you know how much your ramblings mean to non club members (not got a local one accessible).:TMags - who loves shopping0 -
