Well today has turned into a green day for me, which is unusual as I learnt EE so red and green are a little alien.
Lunch was low fat supernoodles
Dinner was chicken (HEB) casserole (schwartz mix) slow-cooked with mushrooms and carrots served with rice. (2 syns)
Snack was a weetabix oaty bar (HEB)
Pudding was a slice of chocolate log (13 syns) - This is almost finished haha
I think that's right for a green day?? I know I haven't had a HEA, but that's normal for me.0 -

I know I want to eat but with all the coughing not much is staying down. I'm hoping meds will kick in so I can stop coughing and get back on track tomorrow. Doesn't help the DH goes off shore in the morning for 31 days and my 2 year old has chest infection as well.

Anyone tried the new Batchelors cup a pasta?
Saw them in Coop today and got 2 roasted vege flavour but not yet tried - they were next to the mug shots that I cant have as they have egg in but these new ones are egg/dairy free - the vege one is.
According to my syns calculator they are free:jhope I'm right there, same fat/cals etc as mug shot. Was 59p so not as cheap as the 29p mug shots:mad:Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

hi everyone...have stuck to the plan again today...not sure how many syns I've had - I had 1/2oz butter on dinner and a cafe latte from machine at work (note to self join a class and buy some books!) other than that had:
breakast: 28g oats (HeB), with vlf yogurt, banana
Lunch: HM veggie soup, 5 scan bran (HeB), muler light
Dinner: gammon steak with steamed cauliflower, broccoli, greenbeans
Stacks: grapes, 2 apples, banana
Just realised I've had no HeA today...and now I'm in bed so it aint gonna happen!*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150
